Don’t bother with this place, the employees are rude to white people. They wanted to pay me $100 for an 18 karat gold watch I was offered over $1000 from another source. They are beyond ridiculous.

Showed up on a Sunday to the employees sitting on the hot pavement bc their boss was 1.5 hours late to open the store. The proceed to tell Milwaukee batteries (the really big ones they sell for $10 all the time and she has some) so I go look … none. So I offered $1800 in Milwaukee fuel brushless equipment to pawn, which I had previously pawned for $800 and picked up. Her offer was $90 for everything. Mind you my tools are very nice condition, hardly ever used, they had been pawned for more before and I had picked them back up. Talk about a terrible manager. Safe to say this business will not last. When management can’t get out of bed you know it bad.

Angel he goes by one of the employees there really bad customer service on his end everyone one else fantastic but he kept bothering a young female for her number calling her names etc being disrespectful after she said she had a boyfriend and he kept insisting. - @miguellddiazz on instagram thank you very much if I find him he will get his @ss handed to him ?

Updating my review. I had a bad experience with manager that's gone and have had a long run of good experiences here. I'll knock off a star for workers busy on their phones when I need help buying something so I've left a few times empty handed.

Worst pawn shop ever! The entire chain of stores are crooks. They will lose ur items. They will lie. They will offer u pennies on the dollar , if ur lucky.

This place is absolutely horrible! I came here to get my necklace tested to make it was authentic gold, upon leaving I received a chemical burn from the employee, not cleaning my necklace properly! When I returned to tell the manager, they basically said it was nothing they could do for me!! ???Prior to this, I was coming here to purchase jewelry. However, I’ll Continue To go to “Queen Of Pawn” on Broadway where the service is way better!!

June 2, 2022Do not pawn your gold jewerly here, these people switched out my gold coins on a old bracelet, I have pictures of the bracelet zoomed in on each coin..they've been switched out!!This place is bad business!! ? ? ? ? ? thieves stay away from this place!! I will be legally suing them.

This pawn shop is poorly run. There are many times when I go there at opening and the store is not open at the time display on the window is usually 10 or 15 minutes late for people not showing up. This is especially bad on Sundays. The customer service is horrible people and the manager will sit there and look at the line will the people wait and one person checks them out. They're constantly on their cell phones calling your friend texting each other. They also constantly play Loud rap music throughout the store on the devices that are for sale. Also knowingly Pawn items that don't belong to the person who is pawning the item and they know that it doesn't belong to that pawning the item. If they think and item is new instead of requiring a receipt they told the customer to take the packaging off and go to the other Cash America down the street so it doesn't look new. Also they don't keep your keys on them which means that anybody could pick the keys up and going places you're not supposed to. Management is especially bad about not having a few times and they always have to look for the receipt in order to give you your money. Over all this place has horrible customer service

The management and the assistant manager with complete and utter disrespect. Waited 3 hours for my background check and it was approved at 5:32pm. I asked repeatedly to check on status that you can with the FDLE( FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT) They treated me with disrespect. I will be contacting the regional manager and a lawyer. Been in customer service for a prominent corporation for 37 years. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. INCOMPETENT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL!!

Went twice just to get a small loan on a $1500 bike They said they have enough bikes! Wasn’t selling! I was managing a pawn shop for years and never ran my shop like this! People there just to lazy and didn’t want to be bothered! Never again
