I had a flat and they had me back on the road in a jiffy. The crew couldn't have been nice a wonderful selection of bikes I'll be back to trade in mine for a newer gravel bike Thank you

Bicycle world has 3 locations. The owner knows a lot about bicycles and is a very nice man. Some of the staff are newbies and don't know everything that they should, but I still respect the fact that the owner gives people jobs with no experience and allows them to learn on the job.
