“This place is great! We needed a new fridge ASAP when ours suddenly died. And it wasn’t a planned expense or remodel, so we needed it to be as inexpensive as possible just two days after Christmas. We found a perfect one here that we could take home that same day for over $1000 less than the going price (for exact same model) at Best Buy/Lowe’s/Home Depot.The appliances here aren’t used. But they are out-of-box, sometimes with just minor cosmetic imperfections, for hundreds less than retail. They actually had 3 of the model we wanted in stock at varying price points based on their (seemed to me) level of “flaws.” I actually wanted the middlle-priced one. It had two TINY dings you could barely notice and I was fine with that. When my husband went back later that day, this time without me, with his truck, to buy it and pick it up, he decided he wanted to spend the extra $200 for the least flawed of the 3. He told me later, after he brought it home and I noticed the change, that the sweet (and super helpful!) saleswoman tried to talk him out of the switch and into the lower one. He said she said to him, “Your wife wanted this one,” meaning the less expensive one. She actually tried to talk him down, to no avail, but thank you for trying! Lol. She was also really excellent answering all of our questions while we were browsing, without being pushy, and she stayed late to help him get it loaded into the truck. And threw in some extra straps to make sure it was secure to get it home.In addition to refrigerators, they also have a great selection of name brand ranges, ovens, dishwashers, washer/dyers, etc. Definitely give them a look if you’re in the market.”

“I was looking for a new gas company and from the first person I spoke with I knew Ferrellgas was my company. My choice of gas company was confirmed with the process of becoming an established customer. Seamless transition and prompt. The professional/friendly technician that came to my home to evaluate and service my tank took the time to explain everything in detail. Previous companies said I would be put on a waiting list and it would be approximately 3 months before I could be established. “Shoppers should check online first to see if the item is in stock and where to find it (aisle and bin) to make it easier to find. Then also verify with a store clerk to see if that's the right item since there are similar items. It's still a great place to shop for home improvement.”

“Wide variety of the most common used plumbing parts to assemble stuff both in rough and final phases. Bring your wallet though especially if you're unfortunate self does not have an account. Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”

The boys name was Jorge, he was very patient with me as I don’t know much about what I needed and neither did my husband since our grandson will be the one building the shed. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" The salesperson Micheal deserves a raise and a promotion. He is caring, customer friendly, and goes beyond the call of duty when assisting me with my account. Today marked my early buy-out date. Last week I spoke with Micheal to confirm the early buy-out date. He advised me. Then today reached out to me to remind me again, because he remembered our conversation last week, and knew I had planned on paying my account off in full by the deadline date. Who could ask for better customer service? The Customer Service here is top of the line. Everyone in the store are an amazing team!!! Keep up the good work, because good customer service is hard to come find nowadays.”

“Some of the worst help I have seen in the USA so far, I expect it will get worse. Do I have to see the manager to get anything done each entry to this place? Not to mention, are employees supposed to know where items are?? I don’t see evidence that employees havemapped out common items in their head. Each relies on the cell phone, which I can do too. Most seem to slowly get around to anything and seem to be understaffed. Make sure you realize you are ON YOUR OWN HERE. Good luck. However, some bright lights, go see Angie, she happens to know blinds. Once I found her, she took care of things. Dude she worked with was okay too. But you have to find the people that know stuff. I can’t knock the whole store for a few folks, but I’m not. My guess is that this is a retirement community and workers reflect that. There was one other stand out employee that went the extra mile to help find something for us. Not every employee can be a winner.

Edit: So, I have had the pleasure of going into this store at least 8 times in the past week. I reviewed my review and think this may have been a ‘2 off’ or something. They got better so I changed my review. I received better service, ran into more knowledgeable employees and they do not deserve a one star. I changed it to 4. Sometimes, my standards are high but if I worked there, I’d try and memorize the store, not just my department. This may be an impossible standard. I’m not here to ruin people’s days.”
