I absolutely love this place. The staff are always very friendly and willing to assist when you help. The store itself is clean, smelling good and everything is well organized with plenty of different selections to choose from. I highly recommend.

I bought a new in box male sex toy. It is a powered toy that is rechargeable through USB. When I checked out the nice black gentleman checked to make sure it turned on, which it did. Unfortunately that's all it did. The moving parts that make the toy what it is would not move even after making sure it had a full charge. They should have checked to make sure that more than the power light would come on. I suspect that it was already returned by someone else but I can't prove that, regardless even though I had just bought it they wouldn't even exchange it. I feel like I was setup.
