I recently had to take my vehicle to the Collision Department for some fender bender work. Initially, I was given an estimate of $1356.00, but thanks to Leah's expertise and magic, the final cost was only $850.00. Leah was assigned as my adviser, and I cannot praise her enough for her kindness, knowledge, and excellent communication skills. From day one until the vehicle was released, Leah kept me informed and reassured. Her great smile and extremely vibrant attitude made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and especially Leah for her outstanding service! ???

I am excited to describe the excellent experience I had at Lexus North Miami Collision Center. My Lexus was an extravagant luxury that was difficult to afford but I loved it dearly. I was devastated that another car made and in appropriate lane change into my car and sure it could not be restored. However the team at Lexus a very detailed and skilled and brought my car back to its original state. No details were skipped. From the receptionists to the mechanics to quality control everyone was friendly to me despite my being demanding. I was able to view the car with Hannah as it went through the restoration process. In addition to Hannah I need to compliment Deena for being so nice to me and for Juan in quality control who took note of some slight imperfections I pointed out to him during one of my inspections and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this body shop

Outstanding service, very impressive with the results and quality! Deena and her team made an amazing job, my car looks like a brand new from the salon, the process was very smooth and fast, after repair it was impossible to notice that there were any damages; the rental company was super fast and they accommodated me with a good rental car and made the process so easy.
