“I didn't really spend that much time inside the Ross. I only went because I was returning a pair of Crocs that my friend bought me for my birthday. The shoes didn't fit so I returned them, before I did I scooped out the shoes section to see if they had the same Crocs in my size but there was none in sight. I ended up buying a bracelet holder and getting store credit with the difference after returning the crocs. I gave it a 4 stars because I never had any problems shopping there and it was empty to the point where you could shop in peace and check out in a quickness. I'm always going to return since it's one of the closest Ross to me. Anyhoooo, until next time, Later!”

Their garments so far have all been of excellent quality, super good prices and unique, I live in the state of Washington and the shipments are super fast, the packaging is very cute and, above all, safe!Spectacular customer service both in the virtual store and also in the physical store that I had the opportunity to go to last year! Every time they have unique collections and they make it look spectacular! I'm literally going to go bankrupt because I love this boutique! “We were dissapointed that we could not return a Halloween costume. It was new with its tags.Our son was sick and he could not attend his school Halloween trunk or treat activity. When we went to this store we were told that we were unable to return it after October 31st. We had just bought it less than a week ago. Nobody inform us about it when we bought it.”
