Above and beyond blow my Expectation I just came to sell my phone 12 pro max got a good deal on it but the customer service was amazing so I ended up buying a newer iPhone just because of the amazing help I received from michelle she a life saver thank you again would give more stars if possible

Just for the screen to get changed it costed $85, CRAZYYYYYY and it wasn't an IPhone it was a Nokia... Hella over priced. Go somewhere else

Don't go to these people . Scam. Just went to fix a cracked screen on my nephews iPad and it came back with a messed up motherboard then they tried to charge me an extra $140 ontop of the $110 I already spent. For that I would of got a new one. Smh

They scam youThey’ll fix your problem and then give you a new problem I paid 270 to fix my phone and it came back to me with a new problem it turns off by itself and now there asking for 220 to fix something they did don’t go there I’m saving you lot of frustrationupdategoing back and fourth wife the manager about how i paid to get my phone fix and instead i got a bunch of new problems his response was that there policy is that if they mess up your motherboard while fixing your phone there not responsible I am. mind you the only problem my phone had was the cracked screen and my frame was bent all function were still working fine. in the end he gave the option to get a refund and put my phone back in the condition it came in or attempt to repair again but it might get worse, now why would i want to try to fix my phone if its going to get worse as a tech shop that is outrageous. so I chose the refund option and guess they left a new problem i could not turn on my Wi-Fi.in conclusion there scammers and there policy is there insurance

I bought in two phone to get fixed both phone were cracked really bad.I was a little doubtful if they can fix it and they did! The next day I wanted to transfer my number and my company was giving me a hard time. I was so worried I might lose the number but edgar was so patient and did his very best to make sure it doesn't happen and it DIDNT ! I kept my number and ask for a Recommendation on what conpany i should go to THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR!! .the only reason I gave it 4 stars because edgar was by himself and the bald guy to the right when you come in didn't want to help me to see if my charging port and act as if I'm bothering him. But THANK YOU EDGAR AGAIN!!Updated..so the owner called me and was very concerned about my review and I explained to him and he explained to me what happened and all of it was a miscommunication. 5 stars! Thanks guys

These people are crooks. All these stars is fake. They take your money and give you a broken screen and try to make you pay again. Stay away.Response: their answer is a lie. We brought the phone back 2 days later. By the way I paid for insurance that doesn’t cover their screen. What is insurance for. Brought the phone to Techy on 125th and they told me it was the screen. Stay far away from this place go to Techy on 125th and Biscayne better service and better price.

Very good service. Brought phone in to have screen replaced. They had it in stock and done in about an hour and half. The girl helping me was very friendly. Will go back if I ever crack my screen again.
