Today I went to pick up a ONLINE ORDER of an over the counter product for my Mother. I had all the information order number etc to show to the Photo department & the guy told me it was not ready. Then I was sent to the front cashiers they had no clue of the order then he says to me go to the Pharmacy. I went to the Pharmacy & they all did not see this ORDER # . They page the manager & it was the same guy who I spoke to at the photo department. He comes over & I said we spoke & I have all the information where is the product that my Mom paid online with her credit card ?? What a coincidence by the time we walked over to the photo department he looked at the shelf & there was the product. Unreal all the confusion frustration could have been AVOIDED. Placing an order online to pick up at the store you wpuld think it would be EASY not annoying! Thank you for the kindness BUT this could have been a better experience with LESS confusion sending me to 2 different departments for nothing !!!

Racist receptionist at the photo stand told me to "why don't you go to your Walgreens neighborhood", little did she know this Walgreens is in my neighborhood. They don't want to serve people here. Yet another day at around 200am. I was left standing at the register and the receptionist just walked out to smoke, after five minutes of waiting I just abandoned the items at the cashiers register. As I walked out, the cashier was still smoking, we exchanged looks and I just shook my head and left.

I just came to the Walgreens which is at 122 Biscayne Blvd. The pharmacy or the girl at the checkout is there. I'll tell someone in Spanish please, by the way, her name is Nephatlie and she's in a lot of trouble, like she doesn't like me telling her that someone in Spanish he said to Jessica and Jessica.Hispanic by the way he said to the other, hello the way that Nethaplie told him the other needs someone with your language (HE SAID SOMEONE WITH YOUR LANGUAGE HE SOUNDED VERY RACIST people shouldn't work here)

The reviews just show the service and I wish I knew. My daughter drew a painting and I wanted to surprise her by placing it on a canvas. What I didn't expect was being there for 2 hours and having to get her a uber because the service was so long. I'm definitely a patient guy but for some reason the employee Andre at the photo department kept leaving and providing service for other customers that came after me. When I asked why he was doing that he told me it was because one customer had to be there for her third attempt as if that was an excuse to have me waiting long. Later to find out that he couldn't put the printed photo onto the canvas and said it wasn't his fault. Honesty is the best policy and if you guys can't hire someone who can be transparent with customers that's a big issue because being skipped and wasting two hours just to not receive what I initially came for is insane

The staff in this pharmacy is not very caring. Their attitude towards customer service is disappointing and leaves one feeling like they do not care at all.

The worst pharmacy chain on the planet. Customer service is atrocious and pharmacist couldn't care less. I only step foot in this place in an absolute emergency. I highly recommend you pick another pharmacy if at all possible.

Terrible experience. There was 1 employee actually working doing the checkout & no one else. I & other people were constantly pressing the customer assistance button & received no help. Meanwhile another employee was too busy arguing with a woman outside & screaming racist rants about white people to them. Terrible hateful place if that's their mindset.

The workers are honestly great. They work hard and they’re good at their jobs. But the new store manager? She needs to get fired. Like who hired her? Personally that store needs someone to lead them properly, it should be someone kind, respectful, and a leader. I didn’t get her name, but she should be a disgrace upon all Walgreens facilities.

I was cashed out by a Gentleman in the photo department I didn’t get his name nor was it on the receipt but he was an extreme blessing ? very thankful for his customer service !

I showed up to this location to buy 21+ items and the cashier didn’t know how to properly ID me she asked for my ID then complained she couldn’t see where my birthdate was and that it was too small to read.Then the things I bought were on sale 2 for 8 and it said it right above the barcode on the product itself but she insisted on telling me that they were not on sale why have something at the counter in front of your face and then tell the customer no your wrong.I have bought these items before 2 for 8 and had no problem at all. You guys need to train your staff
