The pharmacy has been the worst experience in a long time. Long lines, no stock even for basic ATB, little help finding alternative providers, and above all a feeling of patient being neglected.
I'd say if you can save yourself some time and go accross the street to CVS.

Either hire more people or close this location down. Waiting over 30 minutes for a “READY PICK UP” is ridiculous. They have one person handling the inside AND the drive thru and literally spent 20 minutes so far dealing with ONE customer. I’m still currently waiting as I’m writing this review. definitely sending my prescriptions to another Walgreens moving forward.

The person in charge at the pharmacy told me that I couldn't get the flu vaccine because they didn't accept my insurance. 'The vaccine doesn't require insurance because the store is willing to give it at no cost.'

Who is managing this pharmacy seriously? The only reason I come to this location is because it's close to where I live, but I think I will switch to publix pharmacy where I know speed and customer service will be better. I went to get photos there today and had to wait more than 15 mins for them when they were ready from last night. If you have time to kill; then this is the pharmacy to go to.

On hold for twenty plus minutes waiting for Pharmacy cuz the phone prescription re-order system doesn’t work. Phone rings every few minutes and put me back on hold. Finally gave up. Never spoke to any one. Don’t want my business. Too bad.

The pharmacy department is terrible they have 2 people working back there one female and one guy and he looks old and like he don't know anything and the female was helping only 1 person at the drive thru she didn't tend to anyone inside and I only came to pick it up an Uber eats order and the guy said uber eats is over there where no one was at and there is no sign for uber eats pick up at all, I hope them elderly people get their medication due to their negligence of not cooperating and helping their customers

If I could give 0 stars I would! Incompetent. Waited on the phone for 40 minutes and hung up the phone. Change jobs if you don't have passion for what you do. We need more humanity! You are not capable. Horrible people are disgusting

Workers are very rude after moving from a different county to have my medication switched the lady I talked to claim she didn’t see anything under my profile which I feel she didn’t wanna work to see because I previously got off the phone with my main pharmacy and they stated the steps I needed to take to have it switched she didn’t ask number on the account or anything was so in a rush I got hung up on to call back and for a guy to tell me it’s 1 person ahead of me for me to wait on another long hold just for it to be hung up in my face new to the area and I can say the workers down this way are very rude nasty disrespectful and doesn’t go out their way to meet customers need

I called today after having such a hard time getting anything solved at my previous walgreens pharmacy & Ive came to a conclusion that Walgreens Pharmacy just does not care. The worse service ever. I was on hold for about 40 mins, everytime someone would answer they would just place me back on hold, then i was speaking to what sounded like an indian man who was extremely rude! He dismissed me completely and said he would not do that, without even listening to what I was saying.
I called to transfer my medications to this pharmacy as it is closer to my new home address. & he said no, to call when i have to take my next medication refill, that he was not going to do any transferring until then. & i only had “1 medication that was easily obtained”, i corrected him that i actually take several medications & i wanted them to have that in the system as this being my new pharmacy and get my refill reminders here. He just said no, to call back when i need it & hung up. I take a few medications and I rely on the pharmacy for my automatic refills.
He sounded extremely bothered by my call and was trying hard to get me off the line.. My old walgreens never had my prescription ready, they would give MY prescription to other patients and when i went to pick up they had to place a new order for mine.. I have medication that can put my health on the line if i dont take it. I came to this Walgreens expecting better service, It’s Pharmacy is the absolute worse pharmacy ive ever had truly. Dont go here. Or do yourself a favor and go to a pharmacy that is NOT walgreens.

Had a prescription for this specific location. A very simple straight forward medication from my podiatrist. The pharmacist named Mohammed dressed in the white lab coat. He was rude and unprofessional. Has no idea what friendly cordial customer service is. I’ve been to so 50 Walgreens nationwide in the past and always been a pleasure but not this one. I will never return to this location and just go to CVS down the street. When I pay money I don’t need to feel demeaned or talked down to for asking simple uncomplicated questions about my medication. Do not recommend dealing with this unprofessionalism and attitude of this specific man pharmacist.
