I have donated to them for over 10 years And never had a problem with them until today. Out of no where after dozens of pickups they tell me they won't come up the elevator for pick up. I'm moving on Monday and have movers coming, out of town and now I have a ton of donations at my door they were unwilling to pick up. I literally bagged them to go up and grab it and they were absolutely uncooperative in the worst way and rude. The worst customer service, funny how you try to be charitable and people like this end up ruining a good cause.

My favorite the staff is friendly and makes sure that the driver's pick up the donations. I been feeling with this company for about five years. Keep up the good work, you have a friend in me!

I went to Red White And Blue Thrift Store for the 1st time and as soon as I opened the door I was appalled. The store was packed with people AND goods. Most of the merchandise is new or in upmost condition. Because I'm a lover of old quality stuff, I loved everything in the kitchen area. There's an incredible amount of nice fashion jewelry too. The women's clothes were all $10 or less. I cannot tell enough of it. Just go visit. You won't regret it.

Easy to make an appointment for pick up. Easy instructions to get your stuff ready for pick up. Great organization to give to where our veterans need things that we can help them with. Show appreciation to our veterans that have served our country for us.

Amazing! Came at a great time, fast and professional. The pick-up driver was so nice and helpful….I was trying to help him bring some of the stuff downstairs but he took initiative in doing it all by himself! What a great gentlemen! Thank you so much, I will definitely use this donating company again!

Today I had my scheduled pick up with your company but the driver today acted like he had a bad day today he did not help load the truck I had to gather several guys some I did not know lended a helping hand to load the donation on the truck the driver today was not helpful at all I was so in shock he came without a full truck and did not want to load up the rest of the donation stating it can’t fit by hand gestures I had to get my brother to throw the bags to the back which is what your driver should have done ,my dads a veteran which is why I love donating to you guys I don’t think this guy is fit for the position. My brother made more than enough space because he tried to act like he had no space to load the rest of my donation. I asked for a manager the dispatcher kept calling me back to apologize I was told no manager is available not sure if they were being truthful.

I made an appointment for donation pick up. Pouring rain! An Amazing fellow arrived, expertly parked truck, took 5 trips worth to truck. He was professional, very pleasant and efficient! Including the call center operators, an all around positive energy experience! I am grateful!❤?

Fast pickup and guys are always really nice. It’s so convenient. Just leave it outside your house or Apartment and they will get it for you. Or they will call you to tell you their outside.
