Total scam! They sold me a service that not only doesn't work but they left me without a business phone and I don't know when I'll get it back! If a Verizon salesperson walks through your door SAY NO TO WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL! SCAMMERS! It's only going to bring you problems!

So Bad! I decided to go from T-Mobile to Verizon and went to this specific location. All that I got was a terrible customer service , lack of information and mistakes from the customer service team and Verizon customer service as well ! Didn’t have service for 1 month, transferred back to t mobile but still had to pay for a service I never had because my number was never successfully transferred to Verizon. If you can’t do your job properly then take responsibility for your mistakes!

Verizon nightmare! This store is a disaster , they really don't know what they are doing there, the store manager is never available. I switched to Verizon my line was never transferred correctly! After 34 days trying unsuccessfully sove the issue I decided to go back to T-Mobile which I should have never left . Verizon has been charging me for a service I never had. Now I've been back and fourth to this location which is very frustrating! And nobody can help , even after their acknowledgment of the issue. Now I get constantly phone call from collection which an ended up paying threatening me of damaging my credit which they did. The last absolute ridiculous thing I heard that is that they charge you in advance and even if your phone does not make calls or unable to receive the bill is the client responsibility. I can't believe this is serious business, that's ripping off people and I'm so sorry but the manager of this location should train his employees a little better!

terrible service for a major company couldnt believe it on hold overseas operator for hours /still charging me when told me to return was no problem if wasnt happy .if i could post zero stars wouldnt be low enough all i want is them to take there equiptment back that was never used and stop cram billing me there up to five hunderd bucks for something i never used if it was fpl they would stop service asap if yoy want stress an agrivation go here

Terrible. I spend $400 a month with you. And you screwed up my trade in so badly that I'm still getting screwed out of $80 a month by Verizon on a trade in for a new phone, and you can't give me an estimate on how long the wait is? 20 minutes? 2 hours? And this because I come to the store after two and a half hours of useless verizon customer service call in time waste.

I am a new customer to Verizon after switching from cricket in 2022, my mom and sister and her husband were on the plan so I've been on the plan about 2-3 months give or take. I just got a flip phone/ pixel tablet after losing mine or leaving it at the Verizon store by accident. Good service good rate no complaints
