My husband, son and I went for pedicures. We selected the Volcano pedi, along with callus removal and paraffin. This is not an inexpensive service choice. The specialists my husband and son had spent well over an hour on their feet. May and Tay were fantastic! My experience was not bad. My specialist, Emily checked every box BUT decided she needed to really move things along quickly. She started and completed my Volcano pedi in 38 minutes, and that included my nails as well!! How is it possible that I sat around waiting for my husband and son for 20+ minutes while they finished their services for the same Volcano pedi? Emily did a nice job painting my nails and was nice but rushed through my services. Emily, I clued you in that the massage was my favorite part. Perhaps you could have offered me a better massage than spending a minute on each foot. As I processed all of this, I realized she didn’t even have a customer afterwards. Instead, she sat down and was on her phone the whole time I waited for my family. This was all reflected in my tip to her. But I doubt she even realized it. Didn’t really seem aware of her surroundings. If she was, she would have realized how my husband and son were going at a slower pace and really relaxed and enjoying their experience. I sadly cannot say the same.
This is definitely a teaching moment for Emily to understand that I paid a full $80 plus tip for a rushed job that should have been much longer. My husband and son definitely got their $80+tip worth. I’m a bit disappointed in how this ended for me and am not sure what may come next for me and my feet.

I have been going to Venetian Nail Spa for some time (14740 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181) and it really is a nice place, run by its owner (Lauren), which makes the difference…. But who I really have to mention especially is May Dominguez, a young Cuban, hard-working and professional in nail designs. She has exceptional treatment both in terms of respect for her clients' time, and she has such a good vibe that she has a substantial client portfolio, including me. Really to get a clean, friendly and professional place in these times it is an oasis that is worth recommending!!!! ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tayli is the best!! She always does a perfect job and I am always in love with the way they turn out!!! She is very attentive and is a master of her craft! My nails last a really long time. I used to get chips in my nails or they would break easily, they have not broken since Tayli started doing my nails last year. The salon staff is also very sweet and accommodating, they always prioritize the customers❤️

I came to Venetian with my daughter worried with the reviews but because of my daughter’s persistence I came to do Gel-x aura and Lauren gave us amazing attention. Hilda did my daughter’s nails and she did a spectacular design and job which now my daughter wants to constantly come there and I recommend you to come and have an amazing experience with the new owner Lauren.

Had a great experience today I brought my mom and my boyfriend and we all three got pedicures By Maria , Salma and Patricia they all were very kind and catered to all three of our separate needs! Couldn’t ask for a better experience with my loved ones Thank you Venetian Spa !

This is my go to spa and I started coming when my nail tech changed from one place to this amazing place!
The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill, you really get to unwind and forget about outside stuff. The complimentary beverages and spirits definitely help!
Lauren always greets you with a smile and always goes above and beyond to meet any of your needs. She has helped me narrow down colors and find perfect matches for my crazy inspo ideas.
But the best part about this place is my nail tech May. May’s work is so amazing, she is always about the details and is super creative! She always works on my hands and feet with the upmost quality care. It’s hard to find now a days so she is a blessing and so is the entire Venetian staff! They all are just so talented and awesome people!
Definitely recommend !

Had an appointment and showed up early. The salon couldn’t accommodate an earlier service which is understandable so waited at the restaurant next door. About 10 minutes before my scheduled time I received a text notification the appointment had been moved to 15 minutes later. On the phone, the rep asked me to come in 30 minutes after my scheduled time as they were running behind and there was nothing else they could do. Super disappointed the salon couldn’t honor my appointment that had been scheduled ahead of time.
Ended up going to Anderson & Cole across the street who were able to accommodate as a walk in and did a great job!

Got an acrylic set with tips and design and a basic pedicure. Everything was super clean, everyone was friendly. The spa had good music playing too. Ivy did the best job!! Booking online was super easy. 5/5, definitely recommend Venetian Nails North Miami and Ivy!!

My friend recommended this salon and I am forever grateful ! They are so welcoming and my nail tech -May- was amazing ! Also, the place is very clean and beautiful inside. I'm not going anywhere else for my nails from now on!
