This is the most unorganized TJ Max ever.
Besides the mess and dirtiness of the place the people that work here are lazy and inefficient.
They allow you to purchase a few items at the jewelry cashier some times, and then, out of a blue, another day they said they can never do that.
Crazy.
I left my items and didn’t paid because my car was parked on a 10 minutes spot and I could not wait on the huge line to pay for two items that would totalize a large sales bill for them.
Their loss.

Very arrogant older lady manager. She is very slow and extremely unfriendly. The employees don’t like her either. They told me that openly on a several occasions. The jewellery person said you need to be quick if you want to see something, because i have many things to do. They are very unprofessional and the manager lady will probably work here forever because she is rude and inconsiderate and the company couldn’t care less

I will say this store is very organized in terms of the facial products and make up- they went out of their way to color code which is impressive. There was unfortunately not a lot of options for the home decor. I didn't explore the clothing racks but they seemed a little unorganized
