Take your business elsewhere. Hispanic woman with glasses is disgustingly rude, has no manners and literally comes around you to agitate you after being disrespected by her in my previous visits. I will not be returning. Restroom is always out of order for months. She can never be found to provide service.

"Just The WORST" in customer service!I've been coming here for quite a while and the washing machines are jacked up. Getting a refund here is like pulling teeth. The owner instructs his staff not to give a refund of any amount unless they call him first.I've had multiple experience here with machines without an "out of service label" and was refused a $6.00 refund.Today I was given a refund followed by disrespect from the owner and staff. When I complained and ask to speak to the owner, the associate on duty called him (the owner), he responded by asking me to leave if I had any additional issues.My respond to you sir: I will gladly leave and never return....... "Respect the community that supports yours business!"

This place....."The WORST!" Please take your business elsewhere as there are multiple laundry mats up and down 6th Avenue.The owner wants your business and money but has zero respect to the community that supports his business! He's rarely there, delegate to his staff via phone behind the seen!

The worst laundry ever, I put my money in the machine didn’t start called staff they called manager and to me I didn’t put enough money in the machine I put 40 cent more machines still didn’t work, and refund that mess up
