The people are not inviting, or welcoming. They look tired and depressed with all due respect. I made the wrong reservation online, so when I arrived, they cancelled it and made a new one for me. I was double-charged, and they told me that for canceling it, I was not going to get all the money back from the first reservation they changed for me. It was a bit stressful. Getting the car was not difficult, but they needed to let people know that if they did something wrong and it was canceled, they get a cancellation fee of $200. Be careful when making a reservation online. All information must be done under the driver's name.

Attendant convinced us for upgrade, and gave us a BMW which smelled of cigarettes
As for tolls, after returning vehicle, we received an invoice for $3.99 worth of tolls of over $53 including $45 of admin fee and $4 of recovery fee (they took it anyway from our credit card)
Completely usurious and unscrupulous practice

Very bad service. Prices are great but had several bad experiences. Being a lenient person you want to give people the benefit of the doubt but overall I don’t think I will do business there anymore.

I like Sixt because their prices are usually good and their vehicles are always new models. The location is small and not the cleanest, and the wait time is often pretty bad. However, the managers (thanks Juan) and GM (can't remember his name - nice guy) at this location are friendly and always give you a bonus if there are issues with car cleanliness or long waits. Despite the drawbacks, I definitely prefer this place over all other rentals in the area.

This is the best branch I’ve ever been too. Amari is so helpful and understanding. I use to go to the Fort Lauderdale branch but now that I have experienced the north Miami / aventra. I will never book with any other branch ever. The process is so quick and easy. I ran in to a problem with the first car they gave me the engine light kept coming on I took the car back and they switch me out into something better with in 5mins. The grass is definitely at North Miami/ aventra. Even the Managers are kind and friendly. 10 out of 10 most definitely would recommend. Too all of my friends. Keep up the good work. North Miami branch. You guys are the best. In south Florida

I picked up a Sixt+ vehicle a couple weeks ago and Amari went above and beyond to make sure I was driving exactly what I wanted. She answered every question and documented all of my concerns. I am looking forward to continuing to use this location because of her excellent service.

So, the location overall is amazing. The car selections everything is amazing. But then you the workers and worker, I have been renting thru Sixt for Months and there has not been an issue at all. Until I am called up by Mr. Boss Man Juan himself. Keep in mind he is not a manager at all but he will stand in as one with his decisions. My issue that he doesn't inform any of his customers that are paying with a debit card the requirements. He tells you only that you need 200$ for the deposit when using a debit card. But you must know other requirements like an update utility bill and pay stub if you don't have a utility bill. Don't let your utility bill say past due he is going to say it out loud for everyone to hear. He doesn't know if you suffer from social anxiety or if you simply don't want people in your business. I walk out of that business ashamed, he is not professional at all. He makes it very difficult I would have saved time and money if I had wait for another agent to assistant me. I'm a manager at business of work and I don't make anyone and I mean anyone feel ashamed when walking out. I understand that is his but just because you worked at rental businesses for years doesn't me you have make other people feel less than. So I suggest that if you don't want to feel embarrassed when walking out pick another agent to have help you. Have a blessed day!
