Very good store. Many assortments for all tastes and at a stellar price. I don't give it 5 stars because there are always 2 cashiers and the wait to pay is haggard and exhausting. And all the empty boxes without cashiers. The wait is exhausting. They should hire more cashier staff. Greetings.

During the late afternoon of March 1st, 2024, I was specifically Criminally Profiled and Harassed by the two ROSS(Dress For Less)Loss Prevention Agents.
Now, personally, I'm Criminally Profiled to various degrees nearly every customer experience I have here in Miami-Dade County... particularly local retail stores.
THE EVENT WENT AS FOLLOWED:
?I entered the store... carrying my filled reusable shopping bag.
?The "Greeter" Loss Prevention Agent stationed at the front store gives me a verbal "Welcome"... and suspicious scan-over, as I passed her.
?I continued on, unbothered.
?Upon arriving to the Home Decor department of the store I was interested in, ANOTHER Loss Prevention Agent slowly walked past me while on the aisle... giving me unnaturally-direct eye contact.
?Again, I continue on, unbothered... but now mentally noting.
?About 60 seconds later, now on the next aisle, the same Loss Prevention Agent that just passed by me on the previous aisle, slowly walks past me AGAIN.
?She persisted in her intimidation attempts through passive-aggressive body language of hawk-watching... obviously now communicating with me SPECIFICALLY at this point.
?And yet, I remained unbothered because I Know I'm NOT what she perceives me to be... and because I'm NOT guilty of her suspicion, I feel no need to voluntarily depart the store at this time... even despite the wrongful treatment I'm publicly receiving.
?I take it this Loss Prevention Agent found my nonchalant behavior, and my decision to remain unbothered despite her clear accusing non-verbal communication, to be... confusing, because shortly after our last "communication" moment, she cooley walked away.
?Immediately, ANOTHER Loss Prevention Agent took her place in surveillancing me from 6 feet away.
?Now, THIS Loss Prevention Agent is a total "Goofy", as he thought it'd be sensible to roam around phone-broadcasting about his recent failed partner relationship... I could actually give you detail-by-detail points of *Why* and *How* the relationship failed... THAT'S just how much he was loudly blabbering.
?There was a moment when he was on my trail SO hard, he would've actually collided head-on right into me if I hadn't swerved as quickly as I did... "Oh. Sorry.", was all said, standing there blankly.
?It should be understood, this WASN'T a case of me being a past-offender, and the company protocol for store Shoplifters actually needing to be put in full effect.
?They literally just "sized me up" based off the way they believe I LOOKED to them... which, apparently, was kinda bummy( ? )
?Truthfully, I may have shopped at this location on three occasions in the 11+ years I've resided here in Miami-Dade county... I shouldn't have been on their "suspicious" radar At ALL... I WAS THERE SPECIFICALLY SHOPPING FOR FURNITURE AND HOME GOOD ITEMS!
?At that point, I then knew without a doubt, I was in-fact being Criminally Profiled and Harassed by this store employee team WITHOUT REASONABLE CAUSE!!... I mean, this wrongful act is even illegal for law enforcement to do, so why did these store employees think they could pull such a stunt( ? )
?Realizing my Civil Rights as a USA citizen were now low-key being violated the longer I remained in this store, I decide to choose... and I chose *STRATEGY* as my defense mechanism tool.
?FROM THAT POINT ON, I casually looped around from one department, to the next... lackadaisically stopping to show concentrated interest in a item, just like any other potential buying customer present.
?And, actually, there WAS a seasonal Home Decor item I wanted to purchase... but w

Unfortunately, today, March 28, 2024, I was disappointed in this wonderful place. from 4 pm to 5 pm I stood in a huge line at the checkout... there were only 2 cashiers!!!!! although there are 13 cash registers in this store!!!! ????? What is this !!!???? Why don’t cashiers work when they see that the line is more than 40 carts!!!! for 30 minutes from 4-10 to 4-40 there was only one cash register working, where the EDMARY cashier works! the second cashier had a nice conversation with the client during these 30 minutes!!!! it looked like a mockery!!!!! If someone from the management of this store reads this review, I kindly ask you to take action and put things in order!!!! and I want to say thank you to the cashier Edmary for her work!!!!! She is an excellent, productive worker!!!!
