I can't express how bad the customer service is at the pharmacy here. 1. You can expect to wait up to 30 minutes just to speak to anyone (checking on a renewal, etc.). 2. On so many occasions, I've had renewals submitted by physicians, only to have the pharmacy deny receiving them. But after demanding they re-check and re-check and re-check, they somehow miraculously discover them. Their system couldn't be less efficient.3. I was set up to receive text notifications when a prescription was ready for pick-up. For no reason, the notifications stopped coming. I brought the problem to the pharmacy, but they couldn't fix it. I contacted the corporate tech support--they sent me back to the pharmacy. So I don't receive notifications, so I have to call in to see if something's ready (see #1 above).In all fairness to this location, the local CVS is equally bad. This place raises my blood pressure and makes me suicidal. I'd treat these conditions, if I could get hold of my pharmacy.

Very low inventory stock, Web page says they have something and it's not even there very frustrating when your a traveler and is having to go to multiple locations to find what is needed. Also I understand that due to covid a lot of business were effected by low work force, but that should not effect your customer service.

Help me !!!! I ordered for pick up and the lady has me waiting why she packages orders for delivery (people not even there)... Took so long I pulled my own order and I still have to wait and I wasn't the only one. RUDE, BLUNT, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL ~ Cashier: Adwisha or something similar.Otherwise, store was clean well stocked, other staff was approachable, friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy staff is the worst ever ! I have serious medical conditions and I'm prepping for surgery soon and they denied me my medication because they felt quantity of my medicine was too high and refused to give me my medicine and went over my doctor's orders. Knowing I'm a long time customer there and I'm in serious pain. They never gave me an issue before so why now ? They are not only inconsiderate but rude as well. Leave you on hold for over 20 minutes too. Disgusting. I'm not going there anymore. Beware of this horrible heartless staff. Racquel is especially rude and doesn't care !No compassion at all

Regardless of how much the employees are been paid, they are not forced to work in this location . Horrible people , one cashier at rush hour, and the other texting and not taking clients , every worker has an atitude ! Hope the place closes , as this is been going on for a while ! We the clients deserve more than this !

This is the worst Walgreens's location! 12295 Biscayne Blvd. Don't go there if you are black or elderly! They seem to have a problem helping both! Pharmacy area lacks customer service skills, they don't know how to treat face-to-face customers with courtesy much less over the phone. The wait at the pharmacy is ridiculous and be prepared to wait at least an hour on the phone before anyone picks up and this is all hours of the day. Oh let's not mention the store managers and their turnover rate. The store needs to be closed for proper customer service training starting with managers especially the ones who obviously don't want to work on holidays. Oh and if you're black and the manager insults you first be sure not to defend yourself verbally she will threaten you with police!

This is a standard Walgreens -- but on a busy corner in a busy shopping center. Parking is still at a bit of a premium. It's a challenge to find a space. We were driving a friend to pick up a prescription. Since she's currently using a walker (after surgery), it was a bit of a challenge to have to walk to the very back of the store to reach the pharmacy. Once we got to the pick up window, service was fast and efficient, however. Her prescription was ready. They checked her ID and in two seconds she'd paid her copay and we were on our way. I went to pick up my order AFTER I Received an email from Walgreens stating that my order was ready. The customer service rep could not find my order. She told me I was probably at the wrong store, and that it wasn't here. Mine you she is telling me this without even pulling up my order info. So I show her the email I received and my order#. She then proceeds to say, well Idk what happened but your order is not here. (Ok, do you plan to investigate??) She tells me there's nothing she can do. The rep had an attitude and provide the bare minimum customer service (if we even want to call it that). At this point, I want to give her the same energy, but I escalate the problem above. This Walgreens line is always long, services piss poor, and never have anything in stock. Trash!

THIS IS W PHARMACY REVIEW! So let's talk about what happened today. I went to this Walgreens to get my COVID booster shot. I always recorded myself getting the vaccines. I have 700k followers and always let people know that it's important to get the vaccine. The ladies today did not let me record myself even tho they won't be seen in the video!the sense of me recording is that people who are scared of it go and get the vaccine. They didn't even let me show them the other videos so they can be sure I'm not recording them whatsoever. I was super nice to them and even when I tried to explain and show them they just brushed me off acting like they are better then anyone. Funny enough that the girl who vaccinated me told me that her grandfather passed away even tho he had all the vaccines. He got hospitalized and passed even tho he even had the booster shot. So I'm not sure why you guys are vaccinating the first place if that's what you guys think about the vaccine. In the end they pretty much explained that this vaccine is worthless either way. Well good job. And here is the law site of it Federal Recording Laws and Your Right to PrivacyUnder federal law, you have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" . However, this law allows for one-party consent. This means one of the people involved in a conversation can give permission for everyone else to be recorded, even in your own home. So in the end I had every right to record myself. There is that! I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ASK WHY MY VACCINE INJECTION WAS SO HIGH UP? I am 35 years old, never did I get an injection like this. I lived all over the world including turkey and Germany. What the hell? I also gave you guys a picture of where the vaccine should have been injected! Do not go to this place! These girls have no idea what they are doing!

terrible service my partner has been coming to this pharmacy for over 20+ years !!!! and the pharmacy manager esandra minice and whatever other pharmacy manager was there at the time (8:15pm 07/06/2021) gave my partner attitude laughed at hime smurked and rolled her eyes at him, she had refused refilling his medication.. he got told to come back couple hours later than afterwards she refused again to refill his prescriptions and if he does not get them refilled he can have several health complications!! might i add !! he was feeling chest pains becauase he didnt have his refill !!! this store and management needs to be handled very rude, poor attitudes!!! they are supposed to be helping people yet making peoples days horrible .. cooperation needs to step in and do something !!!! asap !!!!ESANDRA was the worst pharmacist that l have ever encountered in 25 years of coming to this Walgreens pharmacy I intend to make a formal complaint go corporate and will talk to a attorney for a possible lawsuit against the pharmacist and Walgreens because I was trying to fill medication to to high blood pressure and heart disease and she caused my blood pressure to go up to unsafe levels and all because of her rude unethical behavior I'm hoping that anyone who has had the same experience with this pharmacist or pharmacy will also make formal complaints to have her fired and her license revokedCommon Courtesy and respect should we give it to Abby patient or customer regardless of the day or problem that the pharmacist may be having it was totally disgusting disgraceful and appalling!!!If you agree with this post pleased post on your own about Cassandra and the rude treatment at this pharmacy And all of its employees
