I got three tender combo meal. I expected to be bland not seasoned and dry. Boy, was I presently surprised. The tenders were meaty and juicy, full of flavor. The greens and rice were not so seasoned. I understand this because if food allergies. Combo meal also comes with a roll. Definitely, worth the money if you need a fast meal on the go.

I must say horrible when it comes to customer service. I have a prescription that can’t be filled until your at 90% by law and for some reason this is the only pharmacy whose pharmacist either don’t know how to count or a negligent to there customers needs. Beware that you will either have to cut your prescription during the month and go against your prescriber’s instructions for dosage so you don’t have to go 1-2 days without your prescription that you need for well being. I’ve been taking this medication for 5 years and used other Publix pharmacy’s and this one is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and that’s saying a lot. They treat you like your mental health and well being means absolutely nothing and that you shouldn’t be upset for there poor execution and customer service. Will definitely switch pharmacy and company going forward and whoever is in charge of this Publix should really do something to address this because I’m sure I’m not the only one with this issue.

For the last 17 minutes I have watch the Sandwich makers make 2 subs this is out of control. I feel like I am in line at Disney world. Management please look into how slow this Publix it

This publix is so convenient I visited the store this morning I met a great n very helpful seafood manager who helped me it was pretty early right at the stores opening time. I was able to get fresh fish by the pound n I was served right away and the store was very clean n stocked up well early morning. The associate b cashiers were friendly in great service I thank this publix each time for their great customer service. Thanks again my local neighborhood North Miami Publix Supermarket store 1003.

I've never before been so disappointed in a Publix. All I needed was a face mask. Asked four different people just to get four different answers. Left empty handed when a cashier decided to tell me to go to Walgreens instead of just helping me find the product

I called the bakery dept. to place an order the associate was very polite in asking the bakery manager to assist me with an order,,I wasnt so sure they would place a week ahead but yes it turned out my order is successfully placed. Thanks to this North Miami Publix and thanks to the bakery Manager appreciate you guys so much. Because of your great service with a pleasant n polite set of employees I will always shop here. Thanks again Publix ?

The Hispanic female pharmacist is rude, unprofessional, and downright nasty. I moved from Tallahassee to Miami for the summer for an internship with the National Institutes Of Health, and I had a medication that I CANNOT function without and not having it puts my life at risk. I called ahead over a week in advance and they told me they would call the one in Tally and have them transfer it. I gave them my phone number, and they said if there were any issues they would call me back. I foolishly trusted them. When I arrived I had been without meds for 3 days and was ill to the point that I had to miss work. I had to wait because they claimed they ordered it in. Drove 45 minutes to this ghetto Publix only to be told that they do not stock the meds, I don’t have any refills, and then was told I was trying to pull something and she threatened me with calling the cops, despite the fact the medication has zero recreational value that I’m aware of. Come to find out, this world’s dumbest pharmacist called and had it cancelled but NEVER transferred. I called my home Publix pharmacy, and they immediately reinstated and refilled the script. I will be reporting this woman to corporate and any other agencies that could be involved including the pharmacy board. Almost killing a patient out of idiocy, sheer incompetence, and laziness is NOT OKAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had to drive 7 hours for my meds because of a horrible pharmacist. If you MUST go here, avoid the Hispanic female at ALL COSTS!

Is Wendy the best pharmacist in all of Florida? Probably. She's extremely helpful and positive and made a lasting impression. She and her team always have my prescriptions ready on time if not a little early and they make coming here such a pleasant experience.

i've been coming to this public a lot I'm giving it one star because tonight it was disgusting horrific customer service. I will tell you who it is and perhaps you could fire him I was shopping and they ran out of salads that are premade so I bought some lettuce and other things and thought I would make my own. I asked the dark skin skinny guy at the deli, if he happen to have a plastic container he brought it over and they ran out of forks so I asked O do you happen to have a fork? and they said no we ran out and then the guy walked away. and goes oh no we ran out I said that's OK then I won't be able to eat w a sooon. it and then he goes oh well and I said I guess I'll go to a different Publix. He said yes I guess you'll have to wow that was shocking!! fire him .

The women at the Deli are rude, horrible at customer service, impatient, and really don't wanna be there. I'm never going back there. Your staff needs to be trained in the most basic customer service skills, because as of now, they have zero. It makes no sense for the customer to have better customer service skills than the employees. The situation didn't escalate because I, not they, kept it professional. And the sub was thrown together and barely edible.

The produce in this establishment is just plain garbage. Seems like leftovers. Why is it other Publix in other areas seem to have up to fresh good looking produce !! The grapes are always opened and half eaten ! The strawberries have mold on them. Get it together ! Like your sister brother establishments.

I ordered a sub from the deli. When I showed up, they hadn't even started making it. By the time they finished making it, it was 30 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready. Then on top of that, the lady left it in the counter and went into the back. Ten mins later she came back out. At that point I asked her for the sandwich and she acted like I was bothering her. I had grabbed a couple other things from the store and headed to the check out. I can not believe how busy the check out was. It's a Saturday night and they only had 3 lanes open. All of them were backed up half way down the aisles. To make it all worse, the sandwich was terrible. The bread was old, dried out and falling apart. I won't be back here again.
