The cashier service is very bad When you are serving a customer, you only have to attend to that customer until they finish But that was not my case, the cashier was not serving me, and she went to serve another person and left me with my transaction. The manager did the same, he told me that he would help me. And he went to attend to other people.

Charlie at the deli counter was awesome. He was great at communicating to us there was a wait, he also makes a great sandwich. I will say, he did point out that the meat was under weight for the Publix Italian sandwich, which should be managed as corrected going forward. The deli was also out of bread, so we could only have French bread sandwiches or wraps. Thank you Charlie.

waited in line for ten minutes for a sub with one person in front of me. person made their subs, took forever to make two subs, then proceeded to help everyone at the chicken counter that had just arrived. waste of time. never coming to this publix again. f*** this.

This Publix is NOT a pleasure to shop at. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because there are SOME (2 employees) that Have been pleasant and I regret not getting their names. I recently moved back to Miami and to no surprise customer service at this Publix is poor. The employees are not helpful when I've asked for help. Cashiers don't greet you or acknowledge you for that matter. I have yet to see a store manager at the front of the store like other Publix have.

This is a nice Publix. Their is always nice people for the most part. One particular employee that works in the grocery/dairy dept named Ken is one amazing worker. He is always so helpful and friendly and goes out of his way to help me and my mom. His customer service skills are above and beyond and his personality is enchanting. Thank you Ken for making our shopping more pleasant !!

I always have a wonderful experience at this public. The deli counter folks are always pleasant. They great you and acknowledge you in case you are waiting a bit. People love their deli meats. Whenever I need assistance someone is always willing to go out of their way to help. The young lady that assisted me with my prescriptions was so kind. She told me it would be 30 minute wait and it was way shorter. In times where people forget to be kind to others this Publix is killing it. It's always a pleasure to go this location.

Went there to pick up my wife's insulin. Got there a few minutes after closing but the girl behind the counter would not help me. Sad but I will be changing pharmacies tomorrow morning.

Ok - Parking is nice. Elevator is quick and convenient. Buck stops there. What's part of their current everyday business model (Yelp Liberal Socialist moderators removed - I resubmit) Publix employees shouting at people for not wearing a mask or improperly wearing a face diaper is not appropriate! REGARDLESS OF ALLEGED "EXTRAORDINARY" CIRCUMSTANCES ALL CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE TREATED POLITELY AND WITH THE UPMOST RESPECT.
