There was an employee who, although you didn't speak Spanish well, went out of his way to help, no shame I forgot to ask him his name. I have a score from 1 to 10, I give him a 10.

I purchased a Brother printer from the Miami Beach store . Did not need a printer. I happened to have it in my car and was passing by a Office Max in North Miami Beach. As soon as I asked the employee and explained that I purchase the item from a different store, he threw up his arms and said, inonly can return it to the location that I purchased it from. I had him call the manager. After 10 minutes on the phone. The manager decided to take the item back. I had to explain to the manager. That when you buy something from a brick and mortar store. The purpose is so that if you have any issues or want to return the item. You can do it any location. When I was walking away I overheard the employee say / what nerve people have.!!

The workers at Print center are the Worst , 1 hour line waiting, elderly people here trying to get copies but workers don’t care
