Not a fan. Came in 2-3 weeks ago to get a refill and it was great. Was told to come back in 2 weeks to soak off my old set and get a new one placed. Everything started off great but by the time the tech was finished I had the most hideous, big, thick, nails I've ever seen. Not to mention there is a large gap between my actual nails and the overlay. I had to go home immediately after to try to fix the work they had just completed because it was horrible but will most likely have to get these removed and have them done again properly elsewhere because they are tough to look at. Was only my second time there as I'm new to the area and will not be going back. It's definitely hit or miss.

Customer service is awful. No one says hi or greets you. They’re always late (I even started to come 10 mins late because when I come on time they are never ready for me. A very good place to go for a good pedicure but don’t expect to be greeted or treated like a human being. They will ignore you and make you wait.

I had been going to this nail salon for maybe two years on and off. I would get my nails done and my feet done, and occasionally my brows. I noticed that the pricing for services was increasing so I decided to just get my feet done here. The customer service has always been subpar to me. I would walk in (and notice others would walk in) to no greeting, waiting for a little while and eventually someone would ask what you were getting done for you to be serviced. This final visit was my last straw with this place. I had a feeling the nail tech assigned to do my feet didn't know what she was doing. I reluctantly allowed her to prove me wrong, but that was a mistake. I noticed she was using a cuticle trimmer and cuticle pusher that had not come out of a package which was an indication that they were not new. She seemed to be clipping away at my cuticle and the sides of my nails where it was unnecessary. I asked her to stop at one point and she continued which led to her cutting me and causing the side of my right toe to bleed. No one wants to go for a "nail spa" visit and end up being cut and bleeding. I couldn't even communicate in English with her and had to see what other employee could help. I asked another employee to tell her I need a napkin or something to address the situation because she was about to go over the toenail with clear base polish while it was still bleeding. So dissatisfied with the situation today and not even given an apology or even some type of reduction in the cost of the service. I paid in full and didn't make a fuss.

highly recommended. never fails. any bad reviews are B.S!! yes mistakes can happen because as a regular i can tell you not everyone is fluent english so if you have patience and persistence in letting them know what you want how you want they are the best! best quality around !! i will not cheat on this place and go elsewhere for as long as i’m in the area and my nail techs don’t leave.

VERY disappointed of how downwards this establishment have gotten within the years. I went in early for a SIMPLE gel manicure. I asked for square shape & even had to tell the nail tech to please shape the frame more of a square shape; this is the after. I didn’t ask for a refund or made a comment but I will definitely not return anymore. Hate how my nails look now when I’m suppose to be happy… very unfortunate

my first time there, suggested by a friend. the employees there are very friendly and the lady Sandra who did my nails did an amazing job, she gave me exactly what i wanted although she slightly over cut my cuticles but the nails look great and would likely return again?

Family owned salon with chill vibes and chill technicians. Can definitely recommend you ask for Tiger, Mindy and Candy when doing acrylics and trust in their decision making if you’re picky about your pedis trust their recommendations!

I never got waited on after 1 hour. The customer svc or "Mgr" never apologized for the wait r said thx u for waiting!!! Horrible place I don't advised anyone to come!!!!
