I agree with what I read on most of the site. They don't care about there customers. The line could be around the corner and they entertain each other rather then move the line. They really need training you have elderly people standing waiting too be served. Not very loving or kind

Worse pharmacy ever !!! The pharmacist are always gossiping non stop and are not interested in working or giving a good customer service at all ! Always a long line , no drive thru . When you call they never answer the calls. I over Hurd one of the pharmacist saying " I'm not even answering to the phone numbers that don't match the account ! " very Poor service ! Horrible . Always have a problem with my medication instead of being informed when I call about 5 times before going to pick up my meds. Then they say my insurance isn't covering it . Told me to just call my insurance Instead . After 2 hours with my insurance company they clearly stated they had to check every medication to see which one was covered not just go with the first option . After I called back and told them that the prescription had no specific name that's when they started looking for one that was covered by my insurance ,they had to order it so that just pushed me back 1 week with no meds . Hire new workers! We need a positive work place and most importantly positive employees !

Incompetent and rude pharmacy staff. After almost a year of picking up the same medications, each month I encounter the same problem at this pharmacy. I can not comprehend why this useless staff and Managment are allowed continue their employment at this poorly run phamacy.

Man how the does Publix pharmacy have 6-7 employees with little workload and they got this CVS pharmacy here with a constant line around the clock with just 3 employees working. It's a abusive and definitely mentally straining on the employees. People taking it out on employees CVS corporate needs to man up and hire more people this is unbelievable! I'm sure they're missing out on lots of money simply because people don't wanna have to go thru that experience again. I personally won't go here again.

They have the slowest service. When ever you calll a machine comes on but a human never answered. I waited twice once for 38 min the next time 30 min!!!! Why change ur person
