Furniture is beautiful and modern but the post sale service is horrible!!Try any sales person but Andrea Gomez, she is so mean and disrespectfulWe place an order that was supposed to be delivered more than a month ago and at this point I don’t have any idea of when I will receive it and every time we call this lady she is so rude and very unhelpfulI spent almost 20k in furniture to set my whole house with them and still pending for half of the order, my nightstand is a moving box, sleeping in a mattress and no one seems to careBe careful when you buy and your merchandise is back ordered

Since I found out about this store, I have recommended it. The quality of their furniture is incredible and the service is excellent from Delivery to our sales advisor. Andrea Gómez is spectacular, always well-disposed and her attention is unique. When they go ask for her. As a customer who has bought there, I recommend it. We purchased a VERY expensive foosball table for a vacation home. We have used it 5 times in less year.... the legs are cracking and they just say PAINT them! They do not stand behind products. This should not happen in 10 years much less 10 months. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again. Buyer Beware.

I'm not gonna lie, I really really love this companys furniture but in light of recent events. , I've actually grown to despise modloft more than words can comprehend. I recently bought a new house and I've already spent a couple thousand dollars with this company only to be harassed and belittled by this company when it came to a problem I wasn't responsible for. I ordered a Thompson bed in a queen size and emailed them asking if I could SIMPLY switch to a king size instead. They sent me the king and WEEKS later told me I had a queen size bed that ALSO got shipped to me and that if I wanted to cancel it THAT I'd have to eat the shipping AND a 20% restocking fee. There's absolutely no way that I would order 2 beds for the same room...it just doesn't make any sense. This company lacks terribly in service and common sense and they treated me like a criminal or something when their rep Ana Gonzales called me today. I've never dealt with such arrogance with a rep with any company before. BEWARE of these scammers. The rest of the reviews make a lot of sense. If you want to be treated like a dog, shop with Modloft.

My recent experience with MODLOFT has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a table that cost over $5,000, and the entire process, from delivery to customer service, was utterly disappointing. When the table arrived, it was evident that the shipping process had been inappropriate and reckless. The table was severely damaged upon opening the box. It was not just a minor scratch; it was significant, rendering the table unusable and unsightly. I contacted their customer service to address the issue and requested a refund or an exchange. However, I was met with stubborn resistance and complete refusal. The lack of cooperation and refusal to make amends was beyond frustrating. What adds insult to injury is the complete absence of any apologies from MODLOFT. It is astonishing that they can treat customers who have invested so much in their products with such disregard and indifference.

Terrible experience buying from this store. Completely unresponsive to get order status, argumentative on the phone when I did reach them and zero follow-up. And when I finally received my order 1 month later than promised, it was all scratched up. I made a big mistake buying from this company. Definitely recommend avoiding.
