I want to thank Nelson, I live in NY and my mother Janet is moving and had to get phone service unexpectedly which was the icing on the cake as far as her stress level. She broke down crying in the store today and Nelson came from behind the counter and calmed her down and gave her a hug. These days people are very selfish and rude. I have to say that Nelson went above and beyond his job duties and showed my mother compassion and empathy. I think you have a very special employee there , I hope he is recognized for his selfless act today. What a beautiful person he is. Thank you very much Nelson !! Your new friend from NEW YORK. Jenn.

This store went above and beyond to assist my elderly father. Patrick was so helpful and accommodating and went beyond his job duties. We will be customers as long as he is there. Not to mention another staff member (a young lady) was very helpful another time as well. This store is top-notch and rare these days to find kind people willing to help and go beyond their job description.

Zero since of urgency, I only went there to purchase headphones and a USB cord to charge my phone.One employee and three customers equals no help so you might as well leave and come back later as I did.

Daphine charged me 21 dollars just for a sim card ,second I went there 2 people didn't know what to do with the costumer transaction. I wouldn't recommend anyone this metro pcs because they aren't professional service.

Horrible service. The worker there was UN supervised and had 3 customers wait at least 15 minutes while he handle his state farm car insurance problems over the phone. When he finished he continued to help customers while on the phone with friends talking about sports and bookie line ups. He was on the phone with Evyie and others. Plus he was also using his personal lap top while working. This store needs a camera to monitor employees. I Will never return to this store!!
