“I came from a very bad experience with another company, which made me waste more than 5 weeks and ending saying they did not have my orders (my doctor sent the fax received by them the very first day. So we had to start the process again with the help of my insurance. I was first very surprised to get the call only a week after getting the order for me to go to the office closest to my home and try on the masks and receiving the ACAP machine.I was nicely greeted by the receptionist and after a few minutes Bryan came out and ask me to his office. The patience and knowledge of this man answering my questions, showing me how everything works really make me want to do my best efforts to take advantage of one a scary device for me. He made me feel comfortable and in control so I am very happy and grateful to have found AdaptCare/AeroCare at this time to help me follow my doctor's recommendations to improve my health in general. “I had a great experience working with Ms. Maria Ramos was incredible. Her aptitude to assist and friendly customer service and her eager to help me with an appointment was great. Then I met Mr. Emmanuel Olivares that was the Therapist to educate me on how to use the CPAP was very professional, and took his time to educate me how to use it and some safety tips in the event that I find myself with any unexpected issue. He also assisted me with installing the My Air Application on my phone to keep up with my evening activities. Also the the staff were very welcoming and friendly.I was extremely Happy with the services provided @ Lincare in Doral!”
