“I visited the Miramar location for lab work and I must say that the place was very clean and sterile. I was greeted by Kayla and she was very friendly and pleasant, this calmed me being I have anxiety and white coat syndrome I felt safe. Alexandria was great also she was friendly and took my labs with ease. These young ladies should get an increase of pay it seems they do their job with compassion and they seem to love what they do. “I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

It was easy to work with Gabriel, very responsive, all questions resolved via email. Freight was quick. We paid on Tuesday and received the hood on Monday.”

“My experience was a pleasant one. I took my 9yo daughter, without an appointment and I was in and out within no more than about 30-40 minutes.The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was.The tech was very sweet with my daughter. She was very professional and made sure to remind us to wash our hands as soon as we walked out of the restroom. She also gave me a note for school, for my daughter, which I truly appreciate because I forgot to ask for it, and she did need it.”

“The gentleman Mario at this facility was wonderful. His customer service was excellent. He was extremely helpful in a very frustrating situation. I needed to get this lab test done no later than today, and 4 other facilities this morning could not get me seen today. I came to this location and there was absolutely no wait time whatsoever I was literally in and out within 10 minutes, and I was a walk-in with no appointment. I highly recommend!”
“In and out in 10min (9am appointment on a Tuesday). Great service and experience. I have pretty large veins on my arms and every time I go to Quest, their technicians manage to hurt me. Last time I had to go back because the technician didn't draw enough blood for one my samples. Even with an appointment, I've always had to wait at Quest. I never had these issues at Labcorp in Florida or California. My only frustration is that, based on my experience, it takes over 20 days to get your results back from Labcorp.”

“Went in twice for pre employment testing. My first visit Leisha took care of me and Giselle on the second. Both ladies were kind and very professional. They were both knowledgeable. I was taken care of quickly both visits and I was in and out. The place looks clean. Parking can be a hassle since it is on a small lot and on a busy street. That’s the only downside.”

Walk ins will understandably take time because they book 250+ appointments a day.I’ve had great experiences here with an appointment. Honesty the worst thing about this location is how rude people waiting are to the staff and the energy entitled folks bring to the waiting room. When we called they told us that they have maintained their medical office, their lab, and their Pharmacy open during all this COVID19 pandemic, 5 days a week from 9 to 5 pm without exception just because they know they can make the difference.
