My husband went in either earlier this year or last year and was sold a membership he was told could be used for him or myself at no additional charge, that we would just need to call and schedule the appointment because supposedly my name was also on the account. Apparently that’s a bold face lie because I called today to schedule a visit for myself and was told that they “just” received a message from corporate letting them know that this can no longer be done and that we now had to pay a fee to transfer his massages to me. This is absolutely unprofessional and false advertising because that’s not what we were told when he signed up. Also the staff is absolutely useless and refers you to contact corporate for everything even simple questions. THEN have the audacity to not know the contact information for corporate. The staff needs better training at this location and we will most definitely be reaching out to corporate regarding the couples membership and why in the middle of the membership we now have to pay to transfer his monthly massage. I’m sure this was just a ploy to get him to sign up but I would love to hear what cooperate thinks about this deception!!!

The facials and massage are great. They make you feel relaxed. This time no warm towels! Non available. I was cleaned by the sheets. If we're not going to get a grate service perhaps the price shld go down like the service. The front desk, however, could be friendlier and look happy to be there.
Rooms are a bit outdated. Could use a carpet cleaner to freshen up the rooms.

Massage was just concentrated on the back. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes was just on the feet and legs! Did not even touch the forehead. Why ask if it’s ok for face and stomach to be touched when not a finger tip passed through the forehead? It was supposed to be 90 minutes massage, I was in the room at 7:01 and was told it was over at 8:20. Very very disappointed!

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Jose and I couldn't be more satisfied. From the first moment, he showed a level of professionalism and kindness that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The technique he used was very effective, and he paid close attention to the areas that needed more work. Additionally, their work environment was calm and clean, which added to the overall experience.
I highly recommend José to anyone looking for a high quality massage. I will definitely return for another session in the future. Thank you for such a spectacular experience!
