Best service ever. I have been taking my two cars here for the last 4 years and could not be happier. Recently one of my cars was completely flooded in the storms and not only did they find a replacement engine, they completely fixed the issues with the starter, the tires, everything! I thought my car was totaled, they worked a miracle! PLUS, Frank is always incredibly fair with pricing, never over charging.. and truly so kind. You feel he is a human, running an incredibly reliable business with a SMILE! I would highly recommend! 4 years and my cars have never been in better shape. Thank you Martin Tires and Frank.

I was stranded in Miami and came to Martin after my first car accident.
Even though He wasn’t able to fix my car the same day, he gave me a towing company number and I was able to tow my car for great price.
He even showed me what parts on the car I needed and helped me as if he was in my shoes. Coming to him was a blessing. ?

Best tire shop ever! Owner Frank is so kind, helpful, accommodating - employees are the best! Bought my BMW tires from him 2 years ago, today fit me in at last minute (during a holiday week no less), at the end of a workday, efficiently removed construction nail and repaired my BMW runflat - back on the road in no time! I am a permanent customer, go see Frank for all your tire needs, you will not be disappointed! Great service!

I waited 30 minutes for a tire patch, he grad my tire and was answering the phone and charging other people at the sametime. Everytime someone will come he will stop working on my tire. Then he charge me $30 dollar for the patch

From the first phone call i knew this place would be great. The owner Frank answered the phone with such happiness & charisma in his voice that I instantly felt his positive energy. Upon arrival my sprinter van tire was serviced immediately, professionally & in record time. My tire needed a new metal valve stem & "T", the service technician, did a great job & was also super nice & professional. They did great work & kept the price low. What more can you ask for??? I definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price done by good people. Thank you!!

My first visit was a small job because it's hard to trust new mechanics. That visit was a 5 star, good job and good customer service so I returned months later. This next job was quoted for $1200 in repairs; again, it was a reasonable price for the type of job. The reason for the 1 star and I will not return , is the bad attitude I received from the receptionist Marie over the phone when I told her the bad customer service I was getting because Frank forgot what my car needed when I brought it to be diagnosed and I needed to bring it back again. Her responses were defensive with answers like "I'm just the messenger" or "it was a free diagnosis, right " ? As I proceeded to continue the conversation, she abruptly hung up on me....I called back, but she didn't answer. The next day I took the car back to see Frank for the diagnosis again, I asked if he knew that Marie was rude for hanging up on his customer and he nodded yes; he didn't apologize for his employees' actions, he just nodded "yes, I know, she told me." Plain and simple, I guess that behavior is acceptable to Frank. Unless you get Marie to attend some hospitality courses when dealing with the public, my hard earned $1200 for car repairs will be going elsewhere. Not returning to this shop and not referring to my friends and family.
