Price is not transparent, bad communication, and mis information. Never again! First I asked several time for the price and was not given a number. I found out the price after I received a check that said they charged me $350. The check is a different story I told them I wanted my money deposited into my account and they deposited into a different bank who then mailed me a check. I never agreed to this, why would I ?!?! I had a terrible experience.

Brittany is the most best professional tax prepare I have ever met. She tutors kids and gives alot back to the community. I have seen her always educating the youth feeding the community, giving them work. I know cause I was one of them. Even referred me to an excellent lawyer who represented O.J Simpson. she is also beautiful an gorgeously attractive women reason why I do my taxes always with her.

Jocelyn is incompetent and screwed my family over. I would never recommend this disgusting place to anyone..... They lie and rob people, don't be fooled by the fake a** smiles. She will not get away with what she did because they have been reported.

The owner Brittany is a crook I know from experience working with her at this office. She seems like a nice sweet lady but she's two faced and definitely doesn't care for anyones best interest other than her own. Working with her no one ever got paid on time if at all and she over charges her customers and tella them its a "bank fee" like i said shes a crook

Referred a friend there to file his taxes last year he then went again this year last year he received $50 the same time he filed this year when he filed the lady by the name of Jocelyn Evans told him he will receive his $50 as soon as he got accepted by the IRS well he did and as soon as he went to let him know they told him the promotion was over with yeah whatever they got his money now they wanna back out I told my friend don't worry about it never again will we file there also I will not refer anyone else $425 to file a few simple forms is way to much anyway.
