Very disrespectful stuff, managers. Impossible get anyone with any sense of customer service. There are a lot of lies being told during the sign-up process and according to manager she doesn't know what was said during sign on...very very disappointing. Be very careful
Additionally, it's close to impossible to cancel the service once you're signed up."

Don’t believe in guest passes!!!
If I could give this place a “0 star” I would
I scheduled a 3 days trial as advertised online just to arrive to the place and have my registration forfeited because it needs to be activated 4-6 weeks after by the manager because according to them place is full and there is a wait list, managers either Jose Cruz or Juan can’t do anything but to charge $20 for a day pass or register with them by paying first month $45 and last month $45 and annual fee two weeks later $75. They only think about money and seems like I only arrived to the place to waste my time and be yelled at by manager.

Gym is closed again due to power outage. This is at least the 2nd time this month. Unbelievable.

Update; after several years. This location seems to always have some kind of issue. Some weeks they dont have water (this happens at least once a month). Sometimes water is not available for a week. Other times they have water, but no hot water. That too takes long to repair. The best one is when the power goes out,.. ONLY to the gym, so it gets cleared out.
It seems this location just stays under the radar of anyone who cares.

I tried to get a free trial to compare it to other gyms and Jose made a joke out of me. They only have it to get your phone number and “email” to send you “promotions” and BS there’s no free trial. He told me to wait a few days before the “trial” activates. It’s all for email marketing and all that… Jose had no idea how to talk over the phone he gets angry out of nowhere (coming from someone that does sales) plus the reviews tell you everything. It’s all in the head of the snake. Very bad management. Liars.

An update 3 months after I cancelled private training (and lost $650 worth of sessions) and froze membership (from May). June's charge was good ($10 for frozen membership). July they charged me $65, Aug $63. Not sure why. Asked, no body would let me know. the person in charge is forever on lunch break.
The only good thing about the gym is you see from age 10 to 80 to train there and you don’t feel you are the only one without 6 packs. However I purchased a private training membership 3 years ago. The sales person told me 3 classes per week, 25 minutes each class, for $260 monthly. However after the first month, I realized that my schedule is reduced to 2 classes per week and then 1 class per week and I was still paying $260. I found it tricky but still kept it.
Then I started an in vitro treatment. I couldn’t train and sessions accumulated. The sales person told me if I cancel, my accumulated 8 sessions will be lost so he “kindly” lowered me to 1 session per month for $65 and told me once I am confirmed pregnancy then with a doctors letter they can freeze the membership and I won’t lose sessions. $65 for a 25 minutes session is expensive, but I don’t want to lose the 8 sessions so we did that.
After a year of treatment, am now confirmed pregnancy, I showed the new sales person the doctors letter and he told me pregnancy means nothing in this gym. Either I cancel and lose the 20 sessions I have now, or I continue to pay $65 per month until I go back training. And he told me the previous sales person was fired because he lied to customers.
During the time I was training there, the first coach stole customers classes and got fired. The second coach trained me for less than 3 months and went back to school. Then despite my requests, no one could even assign me a coach so I had to walk in and grab whichever coach is free.

So bad emp Be careful of the employees during the contract, he will tell you an amount and you will be surprised that he will deduct more than you agreed on every month and tell you this is the contract between us and you find an incomprehensible condition in the contract. This is what happened to me and I had to leave the place after five months when I discovered this in my bank account

Very well equipped but the attention to the practitioners is very little and people grab the machines to sit and take photos causing other people to wait for a long time who need to use the equipment until they are prompted to leave it free for other athletes the staff It does nothing to reverse the situation, claiming that whoever arrived first can be there as long as they want even if they are not trained and are only looking at the phone ?

Usually, I never leave bad reviews. This location is a chaos, it’s not clean, not well maintained. Weights are all over the place, it’s almost impossible to have a good workout. This place is always crowded / no matter what time you go there. The hallway by the washrooms stinks. ?? I will have to cancel the membership. Be aware, they charge annual fee within two weeks, which is crazy.
