Be careful because I bought a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label and it did not have the original seal on the lid so it was refilled and I did not feel the flavor or aroma of the blend either.

Very small variety of products all behind a giant glass. I felt like I was entering a prison instead of a liquor store.I miss living in Kendall where you could just walk in and grab whatever you wanted to purchase from a large variety to choose from and then walk to the counter and pay for them.

The customer service at this location is awesome! Especially, that girl in the front! She is never wrong and never rude on holidays!! I think she cooks in the back though, because it always smells like seasoned food!! The guy that works behind the counter, thinks he super funny. He's not!! But I still like him because he ALWAYS know what I want to drink!! And even if he doesn't carry it, he substitutes my poison with something way better!! That boy that stocks the drinks... He could rap tho!! I like him. He keeps the floor super clean and is always sweeping up the place. His gold chain shines with light!! I like the manager's personality. He's freaking cool dude!! I definitely recommend this place, BUT mostly because of the staff!!! Thumbs up ?? ?!

First of all, the person who answer the phone today is rude!!! Hello, it’s thanksgiving!!! It’s normal for people to ask questions if the stores are open today or not! Don’t be stupid Lady!!! We spoke to you nicely with a good afternoon greeting, and the lady on the phone was like “ I mean yeah we're open today ‘coz I answer the phone! (she laughed and hung up the phone) what great customer service!! I worked in hospitality and I answer the people who asked questions! Be polite next time lady!!! We chose your store because of the great reviews but never mind??

These employees and owners are rude and disrespectful. Granted I used to go there for all of mine, my friends' and my colleagues' needs and there were a couple of them that were very cool. But soon enough I realized they have corrupt and dirty business practices, they look down on the people in the community and are downright nasty and hateful. These folk don't deserve a penny from our community and they need to be removed or at least starved out. I vow to not give these evil people another dollar and I will see they leave our neighborhood. They are hateful and discriminatory. Don't go here, there are plenty better and more respectful establishments close by. Don't feed these bias people your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
