With very few exception most the manicurist are rough. Nicole and Joe are the only ones l liked. However I am not returning. The pedicure that was done wrong right before my vacation was not done right. From the time the regular pedicure was done to when I got home, no more than 15 mins , my pedicure was damaged. Most of nail polish in all toes was smudged and I had worn sandals. The regular pedicure always last over 3 weeks and yet this was ruined right away. On my returned from vacation, I went back and explained the case before getting manicure and pedicure done. The guy at front desk seemed to understand, he said: ok ,ok ,ok. Later they charged me full price for t pedicure. The front desk guy changed and acted like he did not understand what I was talking about and the manager totally disregarded my plead. They offer no discount when really I should not have been charged. I was a customer for over 2 years and kept going ONLY because of Joe. But will not go back. The disregard and lack of responsibility to compensate a customer for a bad service was very upsetting. This happened 3 weeks ago. Seeing all the bad reviews they have motivated me to share mine. Bad customer service.

I get my nails done there so many times. I always do gelx and EVERY SINGLE TIME they change the price for the same thing. Talking about designs. Today is my last day coming here I swear. They charged me $164 for a basic Gel pedicure and a French tip GelX. It is ridiculous. And Iast time I paid $130. So you wanna tell me you charging me $34 extra for what? The guy at the front just be coming with number on top of his head to charge people.
I paid it cause I don’t have time to argue with them but trust and believe I will NEVER come back. I hope yall run out business for overcharging people. That’s not RIGHT!

Update: I was extremely disappointed during my last visit. I usually only come to get my eyebrows done with Jennifer and I get my mani pedi done elsewhere but I was on a time crunch so I decided to try a pedi here. Jennifer informed me that she does all services so instead of me waiting for Tony for my pedicure, since he had back to back people, I allowed Jennifer to do my pedicure. She used the scrapper on my feet/callous remover with out asking me or informing me of what she was doing. So when I got to the front to pay I was told a different price then what I calculated. When I asked the front desk person why I was told because of an add on I never consented to. He then called Jennifer out and she’s like oh ok sorry you had a lot of dry skin… I felt slighted. You don’t just add on costs to someone’s services with out consenting them first. I will not be returning.

I got a fill 50 dollars ( pretty expensive especially given the kind of job that was done) and a pedicure. When I asked how long was the massage for pedi she jumped around said 45 min. I know that’s the time range but I asked specifically for the massage not how long was the pedi. She said 10 minutes and stoped massage before 10 minutes as I counted and looked at the time on my phone. My second time coming here thought I’d give a second change because it’s close to home and I wasn’t happy the first time. Now I’m definitely not coming back after today.

I had a great experience with a pedicure from Julie. She gave a great massage and the treatment also included a hand treatment which was amazing?! Highly recommend Jivana Nails and Spa.
Cleanliness: The spa was clean, bright, and had a nice atmosphere. Each pedicure station has a bag in the tub for cleanliness.

My manicure with regular polish was not bad. The tech was caring and did a decent job. A bit disappointed in the pedicure. The tech was a bit rough and didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails. By the time I realized, I saw he filed them down and cut them unevenly. His color job was also spotty - I had to correct my toes when I got home and he even scraped the back of my leg.

They don't do designs.. what kind of nail salon doesn't do designs??? They suck, the girl tried and it came out horrible... I told them to take it off bc it looks ugly af ... I'm leaving here and going to another nail salon to get my nails done. What a waste of my time....go to the nail salon across the street they are def better

I am a regular customer here for many years ! I go every two weeks and I always gave a $22 to $30 tip . Until a week later after I did my nail and the gel came off after 4 days . It's probably old polish. I called the lady (the owner or manager ) if she could fix it and she told me to come by that day . But because of my busy schedule between work and kids I couldn't go that day . I decided to come by today and I was there as they open and yheee were no single customer yet . She told me to coke back in the afternoon. I told her I can't because I work all day till late at night . She told me she wasn't going to let them take care of me first specially it's free . I told her it's not free I paid almost $85 for it plus the tip . Then I told her I am just gonna pay for it . I was pissed of course and then as I go to the chair she told me to leave . This lady obviously have no customer service experience specially for a regular like me who never really complain . If my gel Polish is coming off for 4 days they should really fix it .
