Lilly and her sister have been my go to florists for nearly 20 years. They are creative and resourceful in putting together beautiful arrangements for ALL occasions. At my recent Valentine’s Day sit down formal dinner party she designed the centerpieces and also the beautiful wrist corsages and coordinating boutonnières for the 22 guests. Everyone was so surprised and joyful for the beauty these arrangements brought to a special evening. Lilly has done many arrangements for me and is also able to accommodate last minute orders. This flower shop is horrible -lacks vision and people skills. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday - the Premium (biggest) bouquet, because a mother always deserves the best. She received the flowers and when I saw the ones delivered, they were nothing like the picture online. It was smaller, lacked the volume/height, missing flowers, and the base was completely different. That's not even the worst part, so when I called to ask why this mix up had happened because clearly they gave her the wrong arrangement. The person that attended to my phone call said she was the one that personally did the arrangement and that it looked the same " that what was wrong with me?" I continued to tell her everything wrong with the arrangement and emphasized that it was nothing like the picture posted and that this was false advertisement - she said that she would go pick up the arrangement and give me a partial refund. It was small and looked nothing like the picture - Do not use this place, the worst!!!

I ordered from these guys twice and was not disappointed! The flowers for my mother's birthday arrived in great condition and lived for much longer than regular publix flowers. I also ordered a basket of delights for my friend's birthday, everything was arranged beautifully and delights were fresh and tasty. Another thanks for very fast delivery!
