I would give this 0 stars if I could.Stephanie is a wanna be scam artist.Do not go to this Gamestop! I have been shopping at Gamestop for over 20 years. Never have I had such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I walked in to trade in my Xbox one for a Series X. The employee at the front must be new because he was not informed about anything gaming. Not his fault. But Stephanie walks in and offers me her employee discount on a NEW XBOX X 1TB for about $320. A steal. I said yes. But the total came out to $670? I opted out obviously cause that is not what she mentioned to me 2 minutes before. I don't understand promising someone 1 thing and not keeping your word.I got fed up after she lied to my face about a random discount.So I ask to purchase a Pre owned version and she proceeds to tell me "You can not walk out of here with a pre owned console without a warranty. It is mandatory." She refused to sell me a pre owned console without trying to scam me for more money.After this, she's complaining to the next person about how they "make her slave for the $12"I mean, if you hate working there, change jobs!I had to drive an extra 10 minutes North to get the customer service I've usually gotten shopping at Gamestop. Needless to say I bought my pre owned console without warranty because I still have 7 days to return in case of any issues. Like it has always been! So, thanks James.This employee Stephanie needs to be let go asap, before she scams someone who does not understand the policies from Gamestop. This is just sad. I'll never go back to this location

Dear GameStop,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your store located at North Miami Beach - Biscayne Blvd.I visited your store to purchase a new video game. I was greeted by a long-haired, skinny boy who was very rude and sarcastic. He made several xenophobic comments about my accent, and he was generally very unhelpful.I tried to ask him about the different video games that were available, but he just rolled his eyes and told me to "figure it out myself." He also refused to help me find the game I was looking for.I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at your store. I have been a loyal GameStop customer for many years, and I have never had a bad experience before in other Game Stops. I am hoping that you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.
