I really don't like these gimmicks too make us purchase a special card which you will never ever be able to fully use the remaining 75 cents . The card and app only allows rounded off numbers when the washers are ending in 75 cents so they will eternally keep a quarter to 75 cents. May not be a big deal but few times that by a few 100 people they just made money for nothing. Also about the second or third time I went I noticed my nice dark clothing faded exponentially.
I take good care of my clothing and all my t-shirts with black lettering totally faded almost 50% ruining a couple of my favorite shirts I've had for years. So they must have hard water or use too much bleach in their system or something. But I won't go there again. No matter how new and clean it is. And they still have German cockroaches squished on the ground. And those girls clean all the time.
They don't care and they would never change their system even if you told them what's wrong with it and it's ruining your clothes

Dianna or whatever her name is would probably be one of the reasons why I stop coming here. Snooty attitude,She’s very rude, loud and just demanding , combative literally always on edge and you don’t have to be like that with folks to get your point across. I watched a young man struggle to wash what seemed like newborn clothes, as he was getting ready to load his last cycle in the dryer she(Dianna) was screaming at him from across. The man looked defeated and packed up and left. Please be considerate of some of these folks, i understand your place closes at 9-9:30 but if the customer is already inside you just gotta let them finish. Aside from that the owner is very kind, place is always clean, the machine wash clothes good and there’s a good amount of water.

I had a issue with my vehicle, needed the address for this place to send it to the locksmith and i asked the worker for the address and she told me she doesn't speak English. WOW! I usually get upset. She doesn't speak English!
