Used to be great, but unfortunately, no good anymore. 50% retired and working alone are not a good formula for good work and service. Installed new tires and they are unbalanced. Have been trying to get him to fix it for 4 months but wont do it. My check engine light is on and same case. After over 10 years servicing all my mercedes here, I have to find a new place. Love you Francis, but sell the business and retire already.

Randomly called Francis after a basic google search looking for local shops and I’m glad I did call him! He took me the same day I called and was able to fix my tires which both had decent sized holes in them. He also pointed out that my tires hadn’t been rotated (even though my dealer said they had been). That showed me he truly cares about his work and the customers. Prices are great too. 10/10 recommend going here for your car needs.

Francis was my patient and I went to his shop once to fix my BMW and since then we haven't gone anywhere else. Now is my husband the one that take his minicooper for service. Francis is very honest and great human being. I highly recommend him
