Security has a very shady schedule . 1 elevator is ALWAYS out of service . The halls are not welcoming w the carpeting sometimes smells very bad . But I have not had issues with the inside of my unit . Pest control is not the best . Pool and bbq area is nice . Vending machines in lobby are a plus . 1800$ for a 1/1 .

I went on a tour of North Forest and had a great experience, staff was super polite. Very prepared staff and great amenities. Overall a good experience for a future place to live!
