I schedule all of my donations online and have never had an issue over the past many years. One time I even forgot to put out my donations and the organization even rescheduled my pickup. I have donated all sorts of items.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO Not donate to them. The driver is rude and lazy. He did not want to come to pick the items. He does not want to work!!! I will never use this foundation EVER!

I scheduled a donation pickup online. They showed up to my home when expected and took all of my items rather quickly. Glad to help a worthy cause, and they make it so convenient too!
