I went today at 5:40. They close at six and the store was closed. It’s not the first time and it’s unprofessional and disrespectful to not follow your hours.

The manger Derick always has an issue and just seems like he’s not in the mood to help anyone. Tried to up sale me a few times on his box’s as well

2.8 average stars, well earned.Hollie is the representation of absolute terrible customer service. Not sure why she has a customer service position if all she does is being rude to customers. Interesting she was also rude to the customer ahead of me.This type of attitude is actually costing the company money. There's probably a thousand people like me who stopped going to fedex to spend about a grand per month, you do the math.Take notice up there - C level...Bottom line is avoid this place by all cost

Great staff. I had passport photos taken for my 9 month old and 3 year old. The staff was patient, persistent, and had creative solutions for wiggly kids. Really great experience.

Damion has been so helpful and friendly. I went to renew my passport ? and he made the process so easy. They moved from. The other location. Parking ? is hard to get here just allow a few extra minutes and patience and you will be fine. I highly recommend this place!!!! Go Damion!!!!!

The people who work there know nothing about customer service. I was attended to by “angel” and he is a person who is not interested in his job.
They are not willing to help their clients.
They didn't want to print some photos for me because they were going to close. When there were still 20 minutes left until closing.
Terrible service. So they put people who don't value their work.
