I was shopping around for shower hardware and after visiting a couple of different showrooms, but I was not finding the right solution or very friendly associates to help me figure things out. When I finally went to Farrey's for the first time, I was met with friendly demeanor from the moment I walked in their impressive showroom and no-pressure sales approach. Having too many options can be overwhelming, so it wouldn't be until my third visit that I ended working with Sajad, who was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but he was also patient as we discussed my vision for remodeling the bathroom and he guided me to the right hardware.

This location is so spacious and has so many options. It was great. Was able to look at options I hadn’t seen anywhere else. The pricing was actually much better than expected. They had some very pricy items but also many different options for all price ranges.

Spent over $20,000 on supplies for my home. It’s been two years and still don’t have the vanity without damage. No one responds at the company. Have to email Xiomy who is supposedly the manager 20 times to get a response. Complete nightmare. Stay away!This is the only review I have left in my life, so for me to spend time doing this says all you need to know.

I believe the quality of products received was mixed. We ordered lights above our dining room and pendants for the kitchen. Dining room glam lights are sturdy with great quality. The glove style pendants though were plastic and have a hum with the dimmer switch. Sales service was on point, but when we had a back order item the sales person was very slow to update and didn’t call back ever. Shipping team was very good though, communicated well.
