I would not be so shocked by the 1 start review of your shop.3 years ago you scratched my car during the service and refused to check the cameras because you knew that you did it. After some pressure, you offered to repaint part of the door (who does that?) but refused to repaint the whole door. I will post photos of the damage later, thank you for reminding.You also replaced rear suspension components worth hundreds of dollars when they did not need replacement. I took the old parts to official Mercedes service and after inspection they concluded that they were perfectly fine and only harnesses which are worth under $100 needed replacement.You shop is a classic example of a car service which does everything they can to milk people in trouble for money.Thank you for reminding of yourself with this response. We had a complaint ready to be filed with Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services but we totally forgot about it. Now we'll start the processing and get to the bottom of it.

My MB needed service so I took it Mercedes Services as I am a bit tired of paying Dealership prices and dealing with Dealership delays. I called them at 11:15am, I was given an appt an 12:00 and left the shop at 2:45 once the Service was complete. What I liked about Mercedes Services is that at the end of the Service, they gave me options and a diagnosis of what needs to be done during the next service....i.e. My brakes are good now but next time, the pads will need to be replaced. Good to know! I was very happy with the service/customer care and will be bringing my other vehicle to Mercedes Services as well.

I would not use this place i took my Audi there for a simple oil change which I was told was 159.00 ended up costing 262.46. Not only that but my hood is now bent one side closes the other side is 2 inches from closing. I took the car back the next day and the owner tells me it was like that I and said it was the Audi dealer that fixed my car 1 year ago. I took the car back to the Audi dealer and was told my hook was bent because something was left under my hood and the hood wS shut without removing what was left under the hood. I called the owner he told me he takes pictures of ever job I asked where is the pictures he told me he deleted it. I wouldwas not recommend taking your car there he is not willing to accept responsibility for his mistakes and argues you down do that you can't get a word in. I have contacted a lawyer what he does not know is I took a picture of my car before I took it there. This place does bad business. I will be taking him to court. This guy is lying he is a scam I never told him my car was repaired by a auto body repair place because if that were the case I would not be writing this review I would have taken my car back to where it was repaired. He is a big liar and does not want to take responsibility for his workers mistake. I am really upset with the place that he would try to lie and say I told him I had work done and would take it back to them that was never said I told him my car was damaged at his shop. I am so angry with this creep. I am going to go all the way with him until I get justice. Furthermore I have been in Philadelphia dealing with my business and did not have the time to handle this,situation but I am back in Florida and ready to deal with him in court. Review the pictures of my car the pictures were taken the day I took my car there because I don't trust auto repair places due to the fact that I am a woman and they try to get over because I am a woman. Calvin the owner has shown me great courtesy, he was very honest: he also explained the problem, the fix & the prices.
I’m very grateful because they saved me a lot of money. I think the prices are more than fair.
