Best gym in the whole North Miami area! Great environment, welcoming members, and best of all-amazing coaches! Jan is a super encouraging coach and Stephanie is super motivating as well! Two amazing coaches! Looking forward to my new fitness journey alongside them.

Dropped in to open gym for CF training this past Saturday. Great facility, large, clean equipment. Chad, the owner, sought me out and introduced himself and was super helpful. I plan to drop in again when visiting Miami.
