I've almost always had a problem when I'm at the Vision Center, and it usually has something to do with the manager here (Monique I think?). I've had a pair of glasses break on me and she refused to replace them - the other opticians are helpful however.

Was there for an hour waiting to pick up an order I paid for. There were 3 employees chatting with the same customer, doing random things and nobody even acknowledged me and 3 other customers. I'd say they were professionally ignoring us. Monique and Daniel were there and they wouldn't pay attention until I started arguing about the wait time. Monique said we had to wait until they called our number, during the time we were there they didn't call a single number. Worst customer service, I do not understand how these people still work there!

There is a reason I have been returning to Dr Lowingers office for over 20 years. Simply put, he is the best in town. My new insurance referred me to two other optometrists, both terrible experiences. I returned to Dr Lowingers office. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The office is always clean and well equipped with new and top notch equipment. They will provide you with an area to remove your contacts , and a case to hold them while you get your exam. The Dr takes the time to listen , give a thorough exam, and my prescriptions are always accurate. He is always open to do adjustments. They do exams for both glasses and contacts. You will leave with a prescription in your hands same day. Wait time is never long with an appointment. Walk ins are welcome. These are qualities you expect, but trust me, you don't always receive. This office excels in service and will provide you with the correct product designed for your eyes. Bonus- They accept medicare provided spending credit cards- Yay for us seniors.

I stood for half an hour to order a pizza, there was no queue, the cashier did not even begin to talk to me, a very rude person did not even want to listen to me, I would not want such rude workers to be kept here

I am Nicks wife Linda, I am very surprised to hear of the poor reviews. I was introduced to Costco optical when a friend asked me to help her pick new frames. I was so impressed with the professional help and attendant who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I had my eye doctor print my script so that I could enjoy their huge variety of frames. I was able to get three pair for the price I paid for just one at the Physicians office. Last month my favorite pair was damaged in an accident and Monique was kind and helpful putting my lenses in a pair that matched. She really knows her profession. Thank-You Monique and thank-you Costco optical!

Great prices and quality. Limited selection of frames but I guess that’s what keeps the prices down. They do seem to be understaffed and the team doesn’t provide much hand-holding. If you go while Costco is busy, be prepared for a wait . The attached doctor’s office is excellent.

I went there to pick up my glass and I had to wait for more than an hour for that. 3 staffs were there doing other things like paperwork, organizing shelves, chatting with others, taking a customer, and staying with one forever. The customer service is horrible and they were extremely slow. Many people had left just because of that. I was finally helped by the manager Monique, and she was extremely rude. Didn’t even spend 2 minutes asking if my glass was okay or not. Just handed me the glass and that’s it. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
