AVOID!!!!I made an appointment online for cut and blow dry because, for some reason, blow dry only was not available. I called them right away to specify that I did NOT want a cut and ONLY a blow dry, to which they said no problem.They OVERCHARGED ME by 25$, probably thinking I was an idiot teenager. Well, I’m close to 30 and far from being d*** and naive. While checking me out, she CLEARLY stated just blow dry right?! To which I said YES.I spoke to a friend of mine today who lives in the same neighborhood as me AND this place and told me it is ALWAYS 40$ and she was SHOCKED to hear that they overcharged me. Needless to say that I will warn the entire neighborhood since I’ve been living here for so long and know a lot of people.Ps: I asked and was given confirmation that shampoo was FREE. I did NOT ask for any mask or treatment as I had already done some myself the night before.They all heard the price she gave me and none cared. It was my first time and will obviously be my last.Beware, they’ll try to overcharge you. Clearly shows you cannot go to a place of business without making sure to look at the price beforehand.Very disappointed.

I have been going to this salon for about 10 years. This is the only place I have found where I can get a great haircut like I used to get in NYC. It may be more expensive but it's worth every penny. Marcello is an artist with a gift. Hard to find in Miami.

Honestly, I had the best haircut last Saturday. The staff is extremely friendly and Manny did an incredible job. After being in Miami for over 20yrs and still European at heart, i always had a hard time with haircuts in this city. Finally, I found my hairdresser! Thank youService: Haircut
