I used to love the car wash here but after today I'd stay away! U can't input your code anymore and when u call inside after waiting an hour there's no help bc it goes to a full vm! Ridiculous!

Cheapest car wash around, but you have to pay inside first. The card reader has been broken for over a year and there doesn't appear to be any plans to fix it.

suggestion : when the credit card slot on the car wash is out of service, tell it to your customers BEFORE they wait their turn in line for 20 minutes and reach the smashed panel accepting only codes sold inside. right ? customer consideration ? you may google the word if you don't know it. thank you.

Worst customer service ever , i was trying to get a bottle of water I don’t know if it’s because I’m black it was around 6:30 in the morning they lock the door and wouldn’t let me in when they had a spanish guy inside .

Disgusting customer service by Lyanet and her colleague on 9/13/21. I tried to walk inside to pay for gas and the door was locked. I looked inside and Lyanet just nodded "No" to me. So I decided to just go to the service window. Lyanet was pacing back and forth behind the register purposely ignoring me. Her colleague who didn't have a name tag also came in view of the window and purposely didn't make eye contact with me either. It was 3PM. I couldn't grasp why I was being ignored and not even a single explanation. After a full 8 minutes of being ignored, I and the people behind me took our money elsewhere. I will never go back to this Chevron and I suggest those reading this to take their funds to the Marathon across the street whose cashier is very kind and respectful.
