They don't want you to take your money out. Inside atm does not allow people after hours and drive through is always broken.

Walked in at 2pm to wait for assistance to only get asked to leave by 3:24pm because all of a sudden they're filled with appointments. Poor customer service. Especially Miss Camila Ramus.

Unprofessional and lack of knowledge. Manager Lacks Costumer service skills. Mrs Ramu that's all I can read from her tag was upset because I had ask for her and was bothered from something more important as she point it out with out knowing what I wanted. The teller young lady rude and unprofessional. I felt like was not welcome and I have a personal and business account and never coming back to that branch and seriously thinking to close both accounts after 8 years.

You know those reviews you have to leave that deserve 0 stars well THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THEM. This branch is absolutely the WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CHASE BANK. I've been a chase customer for many many years and I referred many family members and friends because of the professionalism it has but unfortunately today was a total nightmare ! The bank staff was very rude and totally disrespectful form all aspects, from me and my mother walking in the woman behind the glass was rude and clearly didn't want to be working or helping .. the banker Marco was very rude and disrespectful.. nobody greeted me or my mother that was opening up a account with chase! I'm just over all so disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Overall chase is a great bank just definitely not this location.
