Great customer service! The service itself went by fairly quickly. I got my brakes and rotors done and I am pleased with the results and the service. Luan was super helpful and knowledgeable!

They had to simply put freon for my AC in the car. The AC was working when I arrived but not extremely cold. By the end of their job I had hot air blowing in my car.
The AC then stopped blowing before leaving their garage. The process ended by me getting a quote from them for over 2k to fix it and I was charged $160 for their Freon.
Never again!

Happy!!! After being deceived by other workshops, they recommended this one to me!! I finally managed to fix my car after several failed attempts that ended up charging me for each of these repairs with no apparent solution!!! It is important for me to tell you that I have been coming here for more than 2 years. However, it is important to mention that when a business has its clients, they are treated respectfully, and even more so if there are flaws in the business. It is a human error, and if they are made, it must be assumed, and options provided for a client. However, I want to tell you my experience. Every time I have gone to repair my vehicle with a value greater than $1,200, they always deliver the vehicle with the fenders in poor condition, putting me and my family at risk. This is something that I have always reported to them because the fenders get tangled in the tires. However, the last time I reported it a few days ago, the only response I received was 'how strange' without offering me any alternative. I have been a customer of this establishment for more than two years and will not return.

The experience that I’ve had at this business has been nothing but professional, realistic, reliable, and a pleasure. I had my doubts originally as my wife reached out them to get some work done and recommended Luan after service to her vehicle. After the few visits at this location Luan and Moises have been hard-working and respectful. Thank you for such awesome service gentleman. Need to return here here after year! #FiveStars

Luan didn't address anything.. He kept talking over me and gaslighting me! You are a Scammer!
Just go straight to the negative reviews and see how many people he conned.. This place has a lot of complaints with Consumer Affairs.. Beware!
BEWARE of this place.. They charge you for things that they lie about replacing.. I got ripped off twice..
Beware of the fake reviews below that mention Luans name.. He has you do a review before you leave and tells you what to say.. It made me uncomfortable..
Read all of his negative reviews.. This shop has a history of charging you for things they never replaced!
