The attention was a disaster, I bought a phone and after 8 days I still can't use it due to an activation issue that is their responsibility, they keep asking me for patience and they don't give me a solution.I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Today, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a previous customer. Then, I presented the problem to the worker. He said it would take a long time so he took the next customer. He skipped me after I waited for more than 30 minutes and he didn't resolve the problem.

It is Saturday and says they are open until 7:30 and when I get there at 6pm the woman inside says they are closed! Taking my business elsewhere!

The store had good service. An employee named Johnathan helped me with my iPhone and informed on me on upgrades and promotions. He was very helpful!

Upon arriving in the store I was greeted in a friendly manner. Shortly after, I explained my problem to Jonathan and he assured me that he could help me. After working with the settings, etc my phone worked just fine and I was so grateful as I am not knowledgeable about all things relating to the use of my phone. I was so satisfied I told him that I would come back when I needed to buy a new phoneI gave five stars because this was five star customer service Victoria

Incident happened on 3/24/22 - Store apparently closes at 7:30 but when I got there at 7:20 to ask 1 question the store was locked. I called before I got there but no one answered so I just walked over because I figured they may be busy. When I goth there the young lady with the twist actively ignored me as I tried to get her attention and tell her that I needed to ask a question. I knocked on the door and she refused to come to the door and even see what I needed. Mind you she closed the store early and she's waiving me off telling me that they were closed and trying to turn me away. She even started dancing to the sound of my knocking. Businesses in North miami need to do better.Horrible customer service and it needs to be known that she's turning away customers and closing early. So if you get there at 7:15 people , don't because the store will be closed and you will have a girl try to talk to you from 30 ft away sending you signals to leave.
