Wow….. Thought I lost something and the manager pulled a video on his phone of the parking lot. How awesome is that .?? I didn’t lose what I thought, in the parking lot.. The patients and the willingness to help is one of many reasons I am lifelong Flanagan patron.

I had a terrible experience. First time shopping here, I was trying to buy some alcohol and one of the employees called DERICK refused to sell me, even though I'm +21. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager, which I doubt he really is. I think he lied to me and he called security to kick me out. Of course I ended leaving but I simply could not believe how this man treated me. No respect at all to a client, I'm definitely never coming back. He even made laugh of me because of my language. Honestly, I cannot believe how such a big company allows employees to treat clients in such an unpleasant way.
