Avoid this branch!!! Go to another one!!! This people will make your life very dificult, they will complicate the most basic things and they will do anything to NOT HELP YOU. This branch is a complete embarrassment for Truist, they should close it.

Great experience preferred location compared to another location in north Miami beach who could not help me with my issue once I came to the branch I actually preferred I was helped with my issue and left very satisfied thanks to Newton Campbell!!!

Wasted my time driving here to have something notarized. Only to be told that you won't do it because it involves power of attorney for a vehicle sale. "We don't want to get involved in things like that". What exactly are you getting involved in? You're a witness to a signature. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give this company a 0 star. Truist/ BBT is the worst bank ever. They lack operating hrs on the weekends. They have no late hrs during the week. You can’t deposit money through the atm. I went to 5 different atms between N. Miami & Sunrise. I will do like my sister and just closed out all my bank accounts and go with another company. I’m sick of them.

***Do not do business here. I repeat *DO NOT*do business here!!! I walked in about 2 weeks ago to change my automatic withdrawal from my car loan. I literally handed over my account and routing number to the teller. He hands me a paper I sign it assuming he wrote down the correct information. Two weeks go by and I noticed there was fees added to my account because the teller wrote down the wrong number. I go in to tell him so I can make my payment and to ask them to remove the late payment. After spending 5hrs on the phone and going in to branches to deal with this he has the nerve to tell me you signed it so basically it’s your fault. He clearly made a mistake and I own up to the fact I did not confirm it. We are human and we all make mistakes. He’s attitude towards the whole thing was really something else. I own a business and I would never treat any of my clients like that. Especially over $25. Horrible customer service I closed my checking account and I will be refinancing with a different bank. They lost a good customer over $25 vs just taking responsibility and waving the fee. They make almost double that in interest on my car loan every month. **** DO NOT bank here. I suggest you use a different banking institution for car loans and any type of account. There business motto is not it. Thank you!

This bank has horrible customer service skills!!! And closes the Lobby before they are supposed to they close at 6pm FRIDAY BUT YALL DOORS CLOSED WAY BEFORE 6PM

Had this bank for over 4 years and the service is terrible the lady with the glasses has the worst customer service ever!!! She act like it’s her money in the bank she ask so much questions like it’s impossible for a black young women to have Money in the bank!!! Currently looking for another bank that won’t Interrogate me when I’m trying to withdraw my my own money that I worked hard for...the black lady customer service Is way much more better and I don’t feel racially profiled when I’m taking out my own money!!!!

The teller (who wears the glasses) lacks customer service. The whole time I waited at the window she was texting on her phone. Communication, could have been better as well. The first person who assisted while I was there was so much more pleasant and nice.
